Description of Work: Lightening strike/surge damaged several electrical components in my home, including the air conditioner. Lundsford had installed the unit a year earlier during a major remodel so I called them for this new problem. We were only without air conditioning for one night. When they arrived they diagnosed the problem and had the required part on their truck, we were so relieved to get our ac back and at such a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: I have a yearly contract for $145 that includes them coming out twice a year for check-ups. They check my furnace in the winter and my air conditioner in the summer.

Description of Work: I had call Lunsford A/C company to istall two air filters in my return line by my air handlers . the job was completed and after they got done I inspected there work and notice one of the a/c filters was not supported and was just been taped to the unit. I called there attention to it and the supervisor needed some wood to reinforce the weight of the filter assembly. I supplied the wood and they corrected the problem. If I had not noticed the error Im sure that after some time that assembly would have fallen off. I just thought that it was a mistake and had them install a bathroom exaust fan. I purchased the fan and the connectors and schedule the work to be done. The day the came over to install the fan The tech said that he could not install it in the shower because it was stone and could not cut the stone .. this was after I had discussed the project with the supervisor. I now had to get a stone mason to cut the hole. another day lost. when the tech came back he was by himself and I had to help him install it in my attic, he said that he would be back that day after we installed the fan to connect the wiring. he never showed back. the next day they could not get come over due to scheduling so the third day they showed up to connect the hosed to the fan but not to do the wiring? I talked to the tech and he was not instruced to wire the fan up, so I did it myself. after a day the hose connection fell off of the blower and they had just placed the end of the hose in the attic to vent off in the attic. I called the supervisor over to check there work and he said that they had done it incorrectly and that he would make them do it again the right way. They need to vent the attic fan outside and need a outside vent connector... that took over a month to get and it was the wrong color so I had the order the correct color again another month went by, I had call several times with no reply, I order my own, and installed it myself. They showed up after a month with the part and wanted to install it... I told the that I had done the job myself and thanks for the reply to all three calls I made of which no one knew of... they did drop the price of $1555.00 down to $1300.00... I did most of the work myself..
