Davie (Kleen Kare) is incredibly thorough, and the result is, as always, excellent. He is always responsive and friendly, yet professional. I could not give a higher recommendation.

David was very prompt to come out and give me an estimate for carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning. I told him when he left I would get back to him shortly to let him know if we were going to use his services. He gave me two different estimates for each service. I called David back within a hour and left a message. I continued to leave messages for the next two days and never received a call back from David. My husband called from his phone on the fourth day and told them that we would like to have the tile/grout cleaned only. David said that he would not come out and clean just the grout for the estimate of 84.40 he gave me. It wasn't worth his time. He said that he would come out and do it for $125.00. So the estimate changed based on the fact that I was only using part of his services that he provides!?! If this is the type of business ethic that his company bestows then he doesn't need to be doing business.

Overall it was a good experience. David arrived at the appointed time, did a professional job and left everything clean. I had received an estimate the week before and that is what I paid. No surprises.
