Description of Work: Repaired Panel box interior where another electrician ( helper ) did not install to code. Did a great job at organizing & repairing the connectors, left a couple of repairs for us to complete. A bit on the expensive side considering materials provided cost less than $50 at Lowes.

Description of Work: Gary did a semi-annual maintenance service call on my whole house generator system, which he installed several years ago. As usual, his service was professional and timely. He is the only electrician I'll let work on my home. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Mr. Funkhouser came to our house and installed a 50-amp service for our RV. It was a connection inside our garage from the panel to an outside box mounted on the rear of the house. He arrived when he said he would and did the job professionally and quickly. The price was reasonable considered he had to go into the attic to run a fairly heavy gauge wire. This isn't the first time we have used Funky's Electrical. Last fall, they installed a similar service on the opposite side of the house and the results were excellent. We will be calling them when next time we need electrical work done.

Came out to give an estimate in advance of work and laid out how the whole project would go. Project went just as planned. He worked fast and neatly, was very professional and easy to work with.

This business was recommended to me by an employee of a local Home Depot Store that I trust. This business ordered, installed, and currently maintains a Generac "whole home" generating system for my 2400 square foot home. I was a little reluctant to call this company at first, just because of the name. However, because of the trust I had in the recommending salesman, I did. This business installed the system at a price $1.500 below their nearest competitor in the Pace, Fl area. His workmanship was absolutely superior. I believe the man is slightly obsessive/compulsive towards perfection. However, I have no problem with that when I am paying this much money for a system I will rely on following a hurricane or major storm. Everything works great. I had one problem with the unit approximately one month after installation. I was getting a warning light for improper generator voltage frequency. The business owner came to my home within one day, ordered the replacement part, and had my generator operating again within one week. The unit has performed as advertised since then without problem, which has been approximately a year. If you want a permanently installed whole home emergency generating system, this is the business to call. Of all the businesses I have rated on Angie's List, this is the one I would rate the highest.
Description of Work: Ordering and installation of a whole house generating system for my 2400 square foot home. He also had to coordinate with Blossman Gas Company to obtain tanks and plumbing for a 200 gallon propane gas delivery system. The price above did not include the money paid to Blossman Gas for the tanks and underground gas lines that had to be installed.
