FORTNER'S HOME IMPRVMT INC

Contacted Fortner's nearly a month ago for an estimate on repairs to my roof. I spoke to a woman on the phone and told her my needs. She assured I would hear from someone within a few days. To this day I have yet to hear from them. Now, if they do call, I would not use them now for a service.

I wasn't really pleased with Fortner's Home Improvement, Inc. After the re-roofed the house, it leaked. I had to get them to come back four times to get it fixed. They did finally fix it, but it was a pain in the butt. They should have done it right the first time and not have to come back to fix it. The good thing is, at least they did come back to fix it, but it took awhile.

There were a lot of people who came in from out of town after the hurricane to fix roofs. We wanted to use someone local. They were efficient and cleaned up well after themselves. They had a crew of about eight to ten, and they got it done quickly and did a good job. They went over and beyond and upgraded our roof without us knowing, and we found out when it was inspected for insurance purposes. They did not do just what they had to do. They went above and beyond and gave us good products.
