3 years later and I am still upset with his work. His sub contractors were unprofessional. I came over one night and his plumber was putting the sink in the kitchen, which he damaged the counter top and never fixed it, and had his girlfriend over while he worked at 8pm. The plumber also didn't put the drains in correctly and didn't seal the new toilets correctly. The most massive thing I am mad about was we had some divider walls in the bathroom torn down to make it bigger and then had special order vinyl put down for the floor. I came to check it out and they had not smoothed down the floors before they put down the new floor. So here I am with big noticeable bumps under my new floor. I asked him to fix it and he had a fit and when he rolled back the new vinyl it got glue everywhere and he didn't bother to clean it up. They didn't clean up all the mess in the garage. They screwed up putting in our floors. They didn't properly put together the duct work where it meets the ceiling grills. This is our first home and every time I turn around I am reminded of his **** poor work and unprofessional-ism.

Demolition was started on September 8, 2015, and the project was to be completed in approximately four weeks. Things did not go well. His employees were unprofessional, complained about the heat, did not provide for dust abatement as promised, and spent a lot of time on their phones. The shower preparation work was unsatisfactory, and the Schluter waterproofing membrane was improperly installed on the shower enclosure; however, Eric started to put tile on the wall anyway. Expensive pieces of accent tile were broken in the process. The partially completed tile work was totally unsatisfactory. On September 25, Eric was told to stop work. This was followed-up by a contract termination letter. The only work completed was demolition and putting new tile on the bathroom floor. Everything else had to be demolished and redone including purchasing replacement tile. The shower was torn out and redone by a remodeling contractor I found on Angie's List. We dealt directly with the cabinet maker, granite company and glass company. This project has ended up costing far more than the original estimate. As of the date of this review Eric has ignored repeated requests to provide an itemized statement of labor and materials for the period September 8 - 25. His refusal to provide this information and negotiate a partial refund for work either not done or done unsatisfactorily speaks volume about his business ethics.
