+ -1 moreThe original time the lock company came out they were fabulous however about 6 weeks to 2 months later my key got stuck in the lock and I had to call them to come get it out. They wanted an additional $60.00!!!!!! just to pull the key out and lube the lock. I paid him $35 cause it was all I could afford and he accepted that. I won't be calling them again!!!

Description of Work: Called in the morning because the door going to garage would not open. The lock was completely broken. Repairman was there within an hour. He removed the broken lock, replaced it with a new doorknob set and rekeyed it to match all the other locks. He also checked another lock and gave advice on it. I was impressed with his fast, courteous, knowledgable service.
