Description of Work: Complete service of air conditioning unit both inside and out. Gave very good advice on how to keep unit running in top condition and even told me I didn't need service every year but that every other year was good unless something came up that caused unit to operate at less than capacity. Over all a very good experience. He will be the one I call next time.
