Built an addition to my shed and needed another gutter for the new section. They had put up the original gutter and I was pleased with everything with that job. I called to get an estimate for the new addition and received no callback. I called again, left a message, and they did return that call. I got a reasonable estimate for the work and we setup a time for it to be done. They showed up on a Friday and realized I wanted brown gutters to complement my shed. They needed to order the brown gutters, which they said they should be able to get by the following Tuesday. It has now been two weeks from that Tuesday and I've had no further contact from them. Business must be good that they can ignore promised work.

There were numerous delays due to weather but he finally came to do the measurements. On the day of install he almost brought the wrong color. Install went well but he had to come back to finish up two days later. I did not realize he only took cash/check which I think is an important thing to publish and to let your customer know up front and it took almost a month to receive my bill.

Originally there were several weeks of schedule changes due to weather and employee/relative health issues. The initial install seemed to go well until the first heavy downpour. Then we discovered the diverters were half the size they should have been given the roof pitch and surface area so water was overshooting the gutters completely. This has helped to kill new sod and created drip line trenches along perimeter of home just as if there were no gutters. Another problem was the failure to install enough downspouts in the front of the house along the garage side to the industry standard of every 30'. With very little downward roll for the water to reach the only downspout gutter for that side, there was a constant problem of water volume swamping the gutters and creating a water curtain over the double garage and flooding the corner landscaping under the dining room windows. This was even more destructive to the roof and front window/flashing because there were two shorter gutters with single holes cut in the bottom where downspouts should have been connected but were missing. This arrangement sent uncontrolled water spraying through the cut hole and over the unprotected window framing. Water and leaves backed up behind the gutters (not inside) in several places and I have had two separate Angie's List roofing companies out to verify the improper gutter installation and pending roof rot. (They don't do gutter work and made no referral so it's not a case of either company fibbing to make money.) I have a series of unanswered emails to this business over the past 16 months requesting assistance and even offering to pay for gutter screens just to get them out here to fix the other problems. I have also left multiple telephone messages over the same period; some times they respond that they'll get me on the schedule as soon as they can, usually there is no response. As with last week's voice mail message. Since Avalon never made time to install gutter screens, I've been paying for a quarterly service to clean the gutters so I'm not contributing to the problem. Because initially I believed these were competent, trustworthy individuals who knew what they were doing and would correct issues, I hesitated to write a negative review. Now that several impartial (and highly rated) individuals provided a long and disappointing list of installation failures and soon-to-be-expensive damage to a three-year old roof as a direct result of this inadequate gutter installation; it's time to warn a wider audience. As with most things in the world: just because it looks good doesn't mean it works.

Showed up on time, finished the installation in about 30-45 minutes and cleaned up before leaving. No issues at all.

Excellent service! They returned my call the same day and came out to provide an estimate that evening. Work was started and completed a few days later. Superior workmanship and attention to detail!

The crew arrived on schedule and began work immediately. The job was completed in less an four hours. There were no leaks and the gutter was mounted correctly.

I am pleasantly shocked with the overall professionalism of Jessie and his team. In early March Is started obtaining estimates from area companies and used Angie List to find top three. I must admit all three responded quickly and provided quotes that were all within a $100 of each other. What set Jessie apart was that he returned my calls very quickly and he provided an extra bit of service when he called me during his vacation to insure I had all the information he needed. We set up a date for 16 April and that morning his crew showed up on time and prepared to do the job. The crew worked with my wife on installing spouts where she wanted them and were patient and courteous the entire time. They finished the job quickly and when they left they left nothing behind except a professionally installed gutter system around my house. It rained the next two days rather hard and I am here to say the gutters performed flawlessly. The area has a reputation for service providers for being unprofessional (late, poor quality work, rudeness, etc.), but Jessie and his team are not the norm!! Thank You Jessie for a Job Well Done!!! BZ!!

They returned my first call within a couple of hours and two more follow up calls the next day to set up a time to come out and do the work. Even with all the bad weather they finished the job within a week of my first call . They did a great job. Everything was done neat and clean and in a timely manor . I would highly recommend them to anyone .

My job was a little custom. Instead of coming he made me do all the work by sending photos by email and he never responded----ended up doing the job myself

They were punctual with regard to getting me a quote, but they were a little difficult to reach initially. Once I did get in touch with them they gave me a quote when they said they would and did the work when they said they would. They did a really good job.

They were quick to get us an estimate. Once we made the decision to go with them (~ $50.00 cheaper than another dealer and personable on the phone), they started and completed the project in a timely manner.

;originally ,Jessie sent someone out to estimate the job,but when i talked with her i suggested it might be easier to look at the blueprints. When he took a look at the prints , he decided he really needed to come by himself and look at the whole job. When he saw the heights he knew immediately it would require a lift . He checked prices of rentals since he had not required one in some time, to get a good estimate. When he called with the estimate , he apologized for being high due to the lift rentals, but it was almost exactly where i thought it would be. We agreed on a date, which had to be changed because the lift was not available. The alternative date was set and he arrived on time and ready to go. The lift rental was set for a Fri night late pick-up to ensure maximum usage and minimize the rental to a single day cost They worked all day on Sat and finished on Sunday. He was extremely cautious with the lift on the lawn to minimize damage. The cold weather and the hard freeze insured that whatever damage to the lawn was minimal. He took all the scrap and left nothing behind except beautiful new gutters. The estimate was the same as the final bill. I am thoroughly pleased.

Great service. I looked around for the lowest price and they had it, without sacrificing quality. The gutters were placed seamlessly around the house. They go out of their way to meet you in person. Great business!Gu

They did a fantastic job! The gutters were installed tightly to the roof edges and sloped beautifully. This was a quality installation for a very fair price/

Jesse, and his assistant arrived as scheduled, performed the estimate. I agreed to the price, and schedule them to start the work. They started the work on time the next week. One day delay for bad weather, and they were back on the job the next day. We have had some heavy thunderstorms since then and the gutters have performed well. The screens work well too, cleaning them was a snap.

Excellent - the corner leaked about three months after the work was done and they were here within a few days to reseal it!
