Quick and efficient

It was very hard to keep in touch with them in the planning stages, but eventually the work was done. The trees they provided were not in the best shape and they planted without fertilizer or water. In the planning stages, I was told they would either mulch or replace the grass around the trees and install protectors. None of that happened. On planting day, I asked about the grass, water, mulch, protectors and was told a local box store will have them. This did not match the few discussions we had had. No paperwork was ever provided in receipt of work done, so I created a receipt for them to sign. They need to work on professional paperwork and keeping track of what was promised. The actual physical work done was good quality on a hot day.

They came at the designated time of 7:30 and were finished by 8:30. They took down 3 cypress trees, 2 large bushes, weed wacked a lot of monkey grass, sprayed vegetation killer which I requested and took all the debris away after cleaning up.
