We have used them twice and so happy I saved their business card from the first repair. Fast efficient, and right on the money with quoted, and very reasonable price.

Steve came out promptly to do the measurement and gave us an estimate on the spot for substantially less than others had quoted. It was only a matter of days after we selected him to do the work that he called us, way ahead of schedule, to set up a time to have the work done. He and his son did the work quickly and did an excellent job. We also had several of the sash springs and a number of sash guides replaced so that the windows could be opened more easily.

In 2012, we had Steve replace a number of windows in our home. He did a terrific job and replaced the screens too. We called him to come out today because we had a water leak around one of the panes of the windows. He and his co-worker showed up right on time. Steve looked outside to see if he could find the source. He ended up sealing up some areas on the frame. He didn't charge for this visit. I'd continue to use him for window replacements and repair. He had been recommended to us by a home inspector.

This required one trip to the house to get the measurements for custom glass cutting, ordering the glass, and then another trip back to the house to do the actual repair. Was available to come same day I called him, and was back 4 days later with the custom cut glass. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends

Suncoast saved us money by not having to replace the whole window. He was quick and efficient and done within the time frame he promised. Am actually using again for a few more windows. Would recommend and will probably use in the future.

When selling our house, I found out that I would probably need to repair or replace torn window screens and a fogged window that would not open completely. I called this company and a representative came to the house, measured, and determined what was damaged. He removed a broken part that was blocking the window from opening. He answered questions about options for replacing or repairing several window screens. He took one of the screens to someone he knew to get an estimate for rescreening the frames. He provided a detailed estimate for parts and labor to replace the damaged window parts. I did not have the window or screens repaired because the seller's mortgage company did not require the work to be done.
