Description of Work: Steve replaced the defrost board on the outside unit next to the compressor. He was referred to me by a friend so he came out and recharged the freon without charging a service call charge. He made the system provide A/C and we agreed to wait two months before he repaired the heat. That is when he replaced the defrost board.
