Phillips Heat & Air

I knew we had a problem and we had Phillips Heat & Air come out. They give back to the community - every year they have given a $7,000 new system as a prize in a community fundraiser. This year they gave three. They come in, they do a bang-up job, they are clean and honorable and they are very honest. If you call and you've got a problem, they are there. It is a family-owned business. The condenser stopped working and I called them. That same day they came and looked at it. They had to order a part and the next day they came out and it was fixed. They are the only ones that I really trust as far as that kind of repair is concerned. The only thing I had to pay for was the labor because the parts were covered. I have always had a positive experience with Phillips. Professional, clean workers who are helpful, and they give you the honest scoop as to what is going on. I would give them AAA+ if I could. Their prices are at the very least competitive, but I also believe they are fair, which is the more important thing.

Extreme cold and compressor fan motor went out. This caused a tremendous amount of noice and had to turn of the heat. I called first thing in the morning and it was fixed by noon. Technician was very polite, responsive and took ownership. Great Job!!!

Was on time and very friendly. Answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable and competent. Was finished and on his way in one hour. I'll use this company again.

Everything went great working with Phillips. I called, and they sent out a technician later that day. He took a look at it, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. They were very professional, courteous, and didn't charge too much. I'd recommend them to others.
