P C DEPOT COMPUTER OUTLET

Took my computer to them to have check out after it went down. My first encounter with them the guy told me he would check it out and get back to me the next day, he didn't. When I called them back the said the power supply was gone and they would have to order it. I paid them and told them to order it, they said it would take a couple of days. After having to call them several time it final came in about 2 weeks later. They told me it would only take a short time to put it in 2 days later I find out I have bigger problems. I bought another case and a mother board for them to put in new system, but I got the wrong board. They ordered me another said again it should only take a couple of days to get in, it took a week. About 2 weeks later and several phone calls to them I got my new system. They do a good job, but they need to learn a sense of urgency when they have a customers equipment.

I'm very satisfied with the work that P C Depot Computer did. They offer great prices and routine cleaning. The upgrades were extra, but he did offer a package/membership where it would be cheaper.
