The site was cleaned up before they left each day, you would not have known that anyone had been here. The grounds were checked for nails, as we have pets. The color roof that was picked was perfect! We were thrilled with the results!

JADA Roofing was contacted by the seller of my home to install a new roof after closing. So I didn’t choose JADA, but I’m so glad they were the company chosen! The customer service provided by JADA is amazing. Dawn is so incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I learned a lot about my roofing project from her. When I had a couple concerns, Jeff came to my home, listened carefully, and responded to every question. They also made a couple repairs I requested. I love the warranty that comes with my roof and am so glad that if any issue every arises, I will be able to contact JADA and they’ll come fix it. I trust them to be honest and fair. Dawn and Jeff are a great team and a local business you can feel good supporting.

It was a pleasure to wok with this customer oriented company. It was a busy time with all the homes needing roofing work. At no time were the staff 'too busy' to respond to any questions. Staff was easy to contact. Planning and timing of the paperwork, scheduling, to the arrival of the workers went like clockwork. Jeff was professional, punctual and provided clear responses to question, Dawn has excellent customer service skills and ensures you feel like a values customer not another roofing job. Elizabeth also provided the same customer service skills. Very positive experience with this company. Everything cleaned up and hauled away. The roof looks great!

Upon recommendations, we contacted Jada Roofing, who, from the first moment they were contacted, grabbed the ball and never stopped running. They were great. I highly recommend JADA Roofing! Jeff came out to give me an estimate for a roof and told me to file a claim for wind damage that happened back in February. He was pretty sure they would pay for a new roof even though it was 26 years old. My insurance did pay for a new roof and JADA Roofing did an outstanding job. Dawn and Jeff are wonderful honest people!

My roof was damaged due to a storm in February of 2017. I was dreading what was ahead of me in regards to hiring a roofer, finding someone honest and making sure the quality of work would be to my expectations. I received 2 estimates, but after meeting Jeff at JADA Roofing, I knew I would be in the best hands. Anytime I had a question & needed to call the office, Dawn was right there with her kind reassuring voice, and never made me feel like I was being a pain. They showed up PROMPTLY on the day of my replacement and the job performed was nothing short of WONDERFUL! I, by far, have the best looking roof in my neighborhood, aside from my neighbor, who also chose JADA Roofing for their replacement. We are both beyond pleased. Another wonderful fact that amazed us all was that neither of us found any stray Roofing nails on our property to date. That is unheard of!!! The roof is fantastic! The workers were thorough and worked without stopping it seemed. The noise wasn't as bad as I thought that it would be. The workers cleaned up the area and it looks like nothing happened except for a new roof.

DONE IN ONE DAY! My neighborhood was hit hard by the Feb 7 storm and I contacted JADA because they came highly recommend. The owner, Jeff, came by personally and provided a very reasonable rate and walked me through the process. The dumpster and contractors showed up the same day and the roof was complete before I came home from work. I have greatly enjoyed working with Dawn and Jeff and highly recommend them to anyone.

Sometimes you run across a company that does such great work that you want to shout it from the rooftop….in this case I want to shout it from my brand new roof that JADA Roofing installed for me! Being a single mother, I really wanted to make sure I made the right choice when it came to a project that was so big. From the moment I met Jeff and he gave me the estimate, I knew that I was in good hands. He and Dawn made the process so effortless and really put my mind at ease. They worked with me to make sure that every detail was taken care of. Dawn updated me every step of the way and any time I called and left a message, she made sure that I was promptly called back. The crew that came to my house was so polite and made sure that they cleaned up my driveway and yard completely. While the crew was working, Jeff came by to make sure that everything was being take care of and that I knew exactly when they were coming and going.
