interior painters, epoxy flooring
+ 0 moreCaIt was very difficult to schedule because Karen Sheets said she would call me back, but she didn't. I tried for a week to reach her. Cannot leave a VM because it says it is FULL. When I finally got her on the phone, I mentioned that I could not leave a VM. She was not concerned saying they have phone issues. Finally scheuled for Saturday 4/20. Painters did not show, so called Karen. She said the truck broke down and assured me she would call me within the hour. Never heard from her.Trying to reschedule, she finally answered the phone yesterday and said "Hello" twice and then hung up.I've continued to get a VM since and still cannot leave a VM. What kind of business runs like this and is still in business? I want my money back!
Description of Work: We bought a Groupon to have a room painted. It has not been done.
