I think that I would call him for other projects because he was quick to get to me and email me an estimate and was really a very pleasant person. However I cant say how the work went since he didn't do the job. Not sure I should be reviewing him since he didn't get the job but wanted to let you know that it was no fault of his that I chose to go with someone else.
Description of Work: He came to the house and gave me an estimate for adding a 1/2 bath to existing room and making a wall, removing a glass door and putting standard door and drywall to fill in other side. I had a number of people take a look at my unusual request and with the area I live in being picky about who can do work and what needs permits I decided to go with a contractor that could deal with all that.

+ 7 moreThe Remodeling Project went Extremely well. John advised us through every step of the process and EVEN took the time to go shopping with us for the required materials needed to complete the remodeling job. The work was completed in a timely fashion, usually ahead of the scheduled date. John was easily accessible throughout the remodel. He addressed any problems (which were VERY few). Questionable areas (which were also very few) were RAPIDLY addressed and qUICKLY fixed to my complete satisfaction. As the need arises I intend to call on John for future projects, and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone requiring similar work on their house or business.
Description of Work: Interior: 1. Pergo laminate flooring installed in the dining room and living room. 2. Porcelain tile installed in the kitchen, master bed room, walk in closets and three bath rooms. 3. Carpeting removed from the dining room, living room and master bed room. 4. Bath remodel: Complete remodel of 3 bathrooms including: total gutting; new plumbing; installed porcelain tile floors; new water conserving toilets; designer porcelain and mosaic tile walk-in master shower; replacement of guest bathtub and designer porcelain and mosaic tile surround; installed a light above the tub; replaced window and installed new sinks and lights. 5. Drywall: removed old wallpaper, walls repaired, and painted. 6. Kitchen remodel: installed porcelain tile floor with a marble and natural stone center medallion; installed beadboard; and new pull out faucet. 7. Installed new smoke detectors. Exterior: 1. Rebuilt backyard screen porch; replaced exterior lighted paddle fan; new door. 2. Roof: New roof using archectural tiles; replaced and/or repaired wood and flashing; replaced drain spouts; 3. Landscaping: Installed new landscaping. 4. Power washed brick facade, driveway, walkways, and backyard pool surround. 5. Removed front porch, painted trim and wood siding. 6. Window shutters installed. 7. Repaired backyard privacy fence. 8. Removed all debris.
