Description of Work: I had to call them to get my appointment confirmed after receving an email thru the angies List. When they did schedule, they had to reschedule. They left a checklist with a couple of Problematic items and didn't have an explanation for them . That concerned me, but overall, did a good job. I referred them to a neighbor at the time mine was done and they gave them the same price.. That was nice.

Description of Work: They came out last week to do the work for me off of a Big Deal that I purchased. They did a chimney sweep/dryer vent cleaning for only $89.00 each. I would give them an A.

Description of Work: The chimney was inspected and cleaned. The provider cleaned and did a thorough inspection of the chimney, made recommendations and submitted a detailed report. They kept a potentially messy job clean and without incident. The dryer vent was cleaned and inspected. The dryer vent exits the house through the roof and the provider disconnected the dryer and removed the roof cap to clean the vent. The provider inspected the vent by climbing into the attic. This dryer vent had never been professionally cleaned and It was amazing how clogged the vent was and how much lint was removed. They replaced the roof cap and reattched the dryer. The provider arrived when expected, was very professional and did an excellent job. I thought their prices were a bit high, however they far exceeded my expectations and are worth the price they charge. I will definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Nick came out on time and did a great job. I purchased a short sale with many issues including the chimney. He cleaned the chimney, $101. Nick noticed the chimney cup needed to be replaced. He had the piece on his truck. The part and labor $300. He also cleaned dryer lint from a tube that went from the garage to the roof, $115.

Description of Work: I've called them three times over the last month to come out and they've never returned my call. Service never performed. I had to enter a fake service date, so survey could be submitted.

Description of Work: we purchased the big deal to have our chimney checked and cleaned. we had a cracked wall that needed to be replaced. the guys were on time, very nice, did a great job and cleaned up afterward. they had all supplies and equipment to take care of any job. my house is 16 years and the fireplace had never been cleaned or inspected. we are very greatful for this company as we have had bad experiences in the past and we were pleasantly suprised by their job.

Description of Work: They arrived on time, and they were friendly and professional. They swept the chimney, found a small leak, and repaired it for a reasonable cost. They also gave detailed instructions on chimney use and safety. I plan to use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I received excellent service from this company. I was a little skeptical at first because I didn't see many reviews, but everything was great from the woman that answered the phone from the company to the gentleman that arrived to perform the work. They performed a courtesy call before they arrived, and when they did arrive, the got right to work. The three performed the work. There was no mess and no clean up. I was thorough impressed. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Two generation family owned and operated business out of Middleburg. Jacksonville in their service area. No travel charges. The service was performed the same week I called. Two servicemen operation from rooftop and inside home. Very knowledgeable and informative. Excellent job of cleaning the chimney and hearth. Made adjustments on the hearth glass doors. Explained the functions of my pre-fab fireplace, different types of fireplace grates, and made suggestions on how to avoid problems I may encounter. The best chimney service I have yet encountered having a fireplace in my homes for the past 40+ years in 4 states.
