James Champion from Champion Septic was professional, skilled, knowledgeable and fast. His prices were less than other estimates and he worked quickly and efficiently. He was professional and patient answering all of our questions in a manner that we understood. James was also dependable, arriving on time and completing all work by the estimated completion date. My prior licensed septic tank experiences were expensive and the work needed had never been done as promised. It is so nice to find an honest, knowledgeable septic tank professional at last. We originally thought the pump had died due to the slow drain from the toilet and bathtub. Champion Septic diagnosed that the pump was fine and the problem was just a full tank that needed to be pumped. So we were spared the more expensive fix and our problem was done the same day we called. A+ Experience all around!

I called Champion for a quote to complete a septic pump out and inspection. The owners wife was very professional and customer friendly. We scheduled an appt. for 7/12/2013 she advised that the procedures would be done shortly after 2:30pm I asked her if it would be possible to receive a call informing us that the inspector and trucks were enroute so that we could meet they there. She acknowledged that she would. As promised I received a call at approx. 130pm they arrived at 2:00pm. By 3:20 pm the pump out was completed and the access point was sealed. Both the owner and his co-worker were extremely professional. The customer service was fantastic. He explained everything to us as he started the task and explained the outcome. I would like to thank them both for their honesty, professionalism and customer service. At no point did we ever feel that either of them were trying to sell us something that we didn't need. Thank you all for your help!!!!!

Champion showed up on time and pumped the tank. The entire system is in need of replacement. We are currently still taking bids.

Professional, prompt, and polite from the very first phone call to the completion of the job! This was an outstanding example of excellent customer service and complete customer satisfaction. James, the owner/operator, answered the phone the first time I tried to contact him to schedule a routine maintainance pumping of our very large septic tank. He was courteous and he immediately committed to a date and time that was convenient for me. James arrivied at exactly the appointed time and proceeded to get right to work. He was very careful as he was digging up the sod in our lawn and in laying the lines which ran from the truck to the tank. He was efficient and neat during the entire process, I was utterly amazed at how tidy the entire process actually was. Additionally, he explained what types of things I should watch for and told me exactly what to do if we ever had a plumbing emergency -- which is GREAT information to have. At the conclusion of the pumping, he carefully replaced the sod which had been removed during the digging process. His charge for the service was very reasonable especially considering the size of the job itself. I will definitely be recommending Champion Septic to all of my friends and neighbors. A job very well done. I just wish that all that all my other kinds of service or repair calls would go as well as this one did. Great job, Champion Septic!

They provided a good customer service. They provided a quality service. They were informative about everything including inspection. They were very detail-oriented.

We had water backing up through the bathroom drains. We'd had this trouble once before, years ago, so my husband called Champion. James was very polite and professional. When we called, he was en route to another job so he gave us a time frame. He was actually early! When he arrived, he got right to work, and he worked quickly and efficiently completing the job in a timely fashion. In addition to emptying the septic tank, James also gave us a list of items that may need attention in the future, but at no time did we feel as though he was trying to get us to agree to a more costly repair on the spot. Our septic tank is in the front yard too. James did a great job replacing the grass plugs! My husband and I WILL gladly recommend Champion septic to our friends. The pipe for my washing machine was backing up. I contacted Champion. I wasn't sure if I needed my septic tanks to be emptied or if I needed something else done. I spoke with James who was very courteous and polite. He said he could come on the same day in the afternoon. I was very pleased to hear that. I made the appointment for that afternoon. I was at work, and I was unable to be there. However, my son was at the house and he was able to receive the service. James was on time. They worked very fast,. I know this,because I was on the telephone with my son while they were working. When I got home i very pleased with the work that they did. I had never dealt with having our septic tanks emptied before. I was extremely nervous and didn't know how things were going to work out, and how much I was going to have to pay. James was so kind and accommodating. He made me feel at ease and made the whole experience pleasant, and I felt he was reasonably priced. I will definitely use his services again in the future and also recommend their services.
