This company is awesome. From beginning to end I was impressed. Marcus took my ideas, put them on paper & made my dream come true. They turned my garage into a beautiful room & added a new portion with gorgeous house entry. Also built a small back porch. They are honest, professional, dependable & very friendly. I was treated with respect & asked to participate in any decision-making. I can't say enough about the entire experience except that they are also reasonable. Marcus, Jeff, & Joe are now my friends. The Project Manager was very easy to work with and receptive what our ideas were and built the deck exactly how we wanted. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We hired black water again to add to our deck, they are professional, arrive on time, finish job before timeframe, within budget, great people to work with. They do amazing and clean work, the attention to detail is appreciated, we would hire them again for sure.

We hired Black Water Construction to rebuild our 32-year old 24x26 ft deckl after soliciting bids from Home Advisor and Angie's List. We received three bids and Black Water was the only company that actuallly came out and did a thorough inspection of the project, preparing a detailed estimate, with schematic drawing on a computer. The drawing showed exactly where the supports would be located and how the deck would be configured. Black Water's estimate was substantially lower than the other bidders, but that was only one reason we selected them. Caleb was the primary contact point for the company, doing the actual estimate, keeping us informed, updating as things changed, and complying with our every request. We could not be happier with the finished project and are deeply appreciative of everyone at Black Water Construction for providing quality work at a reasonable price.

Black Water Construction is incredible. We hired them to build a two-level 650 sq. foot deck off the back of our home. Not only did they come in on budget and on time, they also allowed us to make changes throughout the project. From the first day, Marcus came by to speak with us until to the final day when Caleb stopped by to make sure we were happy with the entire job; we have been overly impressed by this company. The whole crew, including Chris, were professional, courtesy, and respectful throughout the building process. The quality of the deck is solid and finished with high carpentry skills. It is so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. They captured our vision for this deck. We have had several visitors over to our home since it was completed, and every one of them has had the same response,and Wow.and The price of the project was very fair and reasonable. I can not imagine any company doing a better job than Black Water Construction, Inc. I recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Marcus Frisbee and son Caleb run the business and I have to say the work they did for us was awesome. We had a covered porch added to our house. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up keeping the job site free from construction debris. The design was done by the son Caleb. Caleb’s drawings looked exactly like the finished porch. I wanted to have the porch look like it was original to the house with the hip roof tied into the original. They even found shingles that perfectly matched the original shingles. The dimensions of the porch are 24’ wide by14’ deep. White columns and finished vinyl ceiling. Electrical wireing was run and LED lights and ceiling fans along with extra outlets for power and cable outlets. They can and did it all! Black Water Construction did not disappoint and will definitely use them for further upcoming construction projects.

I can't say enough about Marcus and Black Water Construction on the work they did for us. Through the entire process Marcus worked with us to help us figure out what could be done without our budget and objective. He didn't ask us how much we had (yes, someone did) and listened and gave us advice and solutions. he prepared several plans for us and was patient while we figured it all out. He did everything and handled everything for us and the fantastic part was, when was able to provide a solution at a lower cost than his projection, he let us know and did MORE than the contract stipulated. Totally honest and upfront and I can't recommend him highly enough. Anyone is welcome to come by my property to see the work which was extensive. they're welcome to talk to me about Black Water and see what was done for us. There's no fault I can point out. Black Water will be our first choice in all future work.

Marcus Frisbee was contracted to build 26' X 24' stand alone garage of concreten block. Building is for work shop and dry storage. Interior finished dry wall sides and ceiling. Interior and exterior painted. Insalation installed in ceiling. Insulated personnel door and insulated garage door. 2 windows. 7 interior electrict outlets and one exterior gfi outlet. 4 interior ceiling lights and 3 exterior lights. Inside also had speciality 4'X8' 8 shelf coffee cup display shelf. A 4'X8' peg board tool holder. A ceiling hung 6 bracket lodge pole (tepi) holder. Included was over 1700 sq ft of 4" concrete drive way and patio surface. New garage has CH&CA installed. Also installed a second drive way culbert for access to property. Marcus was on site daily to ensure high quality work by the subs and to resolve any issue that was of concern to me. Numerous individuals have stated to me how outstanding the finished results look. Project result were so outstanding that I have requested a quote on some remodeling to the main house. For the money spent the results was outstanding.

Marcus is an incredible contractor, was always there to check on the subs and if we were not happy he would do anything to make it better. Great value and the addition turned out great, could not be happier.
