+ -1 moreART WAS PUNCTUAL AND READY TO WORK. HE WAS CONVERSATIONAL AND MADE SURE TO ASK ME WHAT EXACTLY NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE DISCUSSED PRICES BEFOREHAND SO THAT THERE WAS NO SURPRISE, AND EVEN OFFERS A MILITARY DISCOUNT. I AM ALREADY PLANNING TO HIRE AGAIN FOR OTHER SERVICES. THANKS
