Pool leak detected and fixed.

I called Nick after noticing unusual water loss in our 10,000 gal in-ground pool. He asked me a few questions over the phone and offered a same day appointment to inspect the pool. He arrived on time, walked around the pool deck, and immediately identified the problem as missing caulking below the outlets of our two waterfall features. He quickly sealed the leaks. When he learned that we had recently purchased the home and were not experienced pool owners, he took a generous amount of his time to talk to my wife and I about pool operation and maintenance...topics he appears to know quite a bit about. Nick responded to my call almost immediately, found and fixed the leaks quickly, patiently answered a lot of questions unrelated to the leaks, and charged us a fair price. If I ever suspect another pool leak, I will not hesitate to call him again.

After several attempts trying to get other pool repair business's out to look at my pool I found Nick. I explained to him what the problem was and he was able to come over within minutes. He gave everything a good once over and found the problem. He got my parts in quickly and service was fast, informative and friendly. I'll definitely call him for any further problems.

I contacted Nick Accardi by phone and he went through a thorough series of questions to try and eliminate the obvious causes of water loss in our pool but there was nothing obvious so he arranged to come and work on our vanishing/infinity edge pool+spa+catch basin. He arrived on time on the due date and started by a general check of the plumbing and then all the potential sources of leaks at water level and using his scuba gear, all of the potential sources underwater. He found several leaks, repaired them plus other holes above the water line that could lead to problems. Overall he was very thorough and careful as he found and fixed the leaks in our pool. The price was as agreed and the job was definitely good value for money. I recommend Nick without hesitation. Michael p.s. he's also a really nice guy.

From my description of the problem, on the phone, Nick was knowledgeable enough to determine a couple of possible causes. Following his suggestions I was able to remedy the leaky pool problem while on the phone. Five minutes and done! He was able and did solve the issue I was having OVER THE PHONE! AMAZING! I will call him in the future for ALL my problems and insist that friends and neighbors do the same. I am very pleased with the results and the knowledge he gave us about pools in general.

My pool was losing 3-5 and quot; of water, meaning I had to fill it every 3-4 days. Nick went diving, found and repaired many leaks. When the pool was continuing to lose a much smaller amount of water, he returned promptly and took care of it. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend this service! I called on the Thursday before Memorial Day, and they were at our home the next day. He provided an estimate and time he would be at our home to repair (the following Wednesday). The repair was done when they said it would be done, for the exact price they quoted, and was done professionally. The hot tub water level has not leaked one drop, and has maintained proper water level since the repair. If I have leak problems again with our pool, I will call Affordable Leak Detection.

Nick showed up at the exact time he said he would be there. After reviewing the situation of my main drain cover coming off he put on his diving equipment and proceeded to reattach the main drain cover. While he was there he checked my pool for leaks and also checked my vacuum system. He did it all for the original estimate. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Nick First explained what he would Do. He First checked the Equipment and eliminated that, After that he dove the pool in his wet suit and examined it inch by inch.
