Advanced Pump Service

I called Advanced Pump Service and left a message. Jeff called me back promptly. He showed up the next day as promised. Pump decided to work when he got here. Jeff was courteous and professional. He made sure everything was working properly before he left.

I needed a well-pump repair. Looked online and found this outfit. Phoned the contact number and spoke with Jeff (apparently the proprietor). Made an appointment for service on 6/22/17 between 9-11 AM. Waited until 11:15 and called to ask about the status of the call. Spoke to Jeff. It seemed as if he had entirely forgotten that I existed or that an appointment had been made. Instead he told me he was in St Augustine (about 40 miles distant) on another call. When asked, he said he could make it "in the afternoon" but did not specify a time. His manner was less than pleasant, at a minimum I would think an apology and a phone call to advise me that another more-important call had come up would have been in order. I told him to forget it and he hung up on me. I will never try to do business with this outfit, and suggest that no one sane would want to be treated like this either. End of story.

As it turns out, only the breaker was thrown which was I thought and had suggested to the current irrigation service, but they brushed it off as inconvenience and did not even check it out before they left Monday. Advance Pump Service reset the breaker, cycled the system to make sure worked, did NOT try to sell me a bill of goods I did not need, were honest with me and only charged me a service fee of $75.00. I will NOT be renewing my contract with Massey Irrigation next year. It is way overpriced and very little service. I will very likely opt for Advanced Pump Service for future irrigation service. It went great. The guy who came out diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. We were having pressure problems because our pressure tank was broken.. and it was too big for what we needed. They are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend.

It went very well and I was very pleased with him.

He called before he came. He arrived on time and quickly found the problem. He was able to fix the problem right away. This really helped us as we have company arriving shortly and we need water! He was friendly and professional.

He discussed what he was going to do and how to maintain my well and aerator system. The work was very good. He was very friendly and professional. He showed up on time. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
