The leak was fixed and shortly after the pool started leaking again. A return visit was made and the repair was made with no extra charge as they guarantee their work. They recommended that we have the tree removed and we did to avoid future problems. I was very satisfied with their work ethics and friendliness, I would highly recommend their services.

Excellently. The first stage was leak detection which was done promptly and apparently done well. The second stage was repair which was completed timely and professionally. "Nestor" did an excellent job, leak is repaired, he had to cut the pool deck open -- one can barely see where the cut was made. He left the area completely clean, explained what he did and what steps we needed to take.

It went great. I was told by another pool person where the leak was. However he was wrong. The tech that came was the owner and he put the hose in to fill the pool so he could check for leaks. While it filled he went on to another job. When he returned he spent a good amount of time looking for leaks. Even when he found the one he continued checking to be sure there was only one leak. He fixed the leak and I’ve had no problems since.

Found leak in the vacuum line option given to me to repair the broken line or cap off and use skimmer for vacuuming. I preferred this method. Did great job. I will use them again if needed.

Poorly, while time will tell if they actually fixed the leak completely, at which time I may adjust my rating of quality from bad to fair. It was what they did after the repair which was appalling. After busting through the concrete about a 18 inch by 18 square and installing a new skimmer and PVC pipe, it was what they did with that broken concrete and pipe. They left piles of broken PVC and concrete at the bottom of our pool, on the pool deck and in the yard. I didn't think they were finished as I have never seen anyone complete work and leave such a mess. When called on it, they did respond promptly, and the pool was cleaned up, but I then found piles of concrete and PVC in the drainage canal behind my house and in the neighbors undeveloped lot next door. Incredibly unprofessional. I do have photos but I didn't attach. I have them if anyone wants to see them.

They repaired the leaks and my pool holds water again. This is the third leak they have repaired for me over the last 10 years. Always courteous, prompt, and professional.

leak was located with electronic listening devices, repair crew cut and removed a piece of the deck. Leak was exactly under where the cut was made. After leak was repaired the hole was backfilled and the cutout piece from the deck was put back in place and sealed. These folks know what they are doing, a very professional job.

Jerry was very professional and knew what he was doing. Took time to find it do to us having a cleaning system on the bottom of the pool. Wanted to make sure he wasn't getting a false reading. I would hire him again if needed in a heart beat.

My in-ground swimming pool had been losing water at the rate of about 1" per day, so I was having to add water every 2-3 days. I contacted Joanne and set up an appointment for 12/4/2015 at 11AM. Jerry arrived on time, introduced himself and went to work. He was very personable and professional, explaining what he was going to do before he started and answered all my questions. He located the leak in the skimmer neck, showed me the proof and then repaired it. Though it has only been 3 days, the water level in the pool has not gone down and prior to this repair, I would have been adding water by now! If anything changes I will update this review.

Company found and repaired leak. However, there turned out to be more than one leak and they had to come out to repair. They came out quickly and repaired at no additional charge. Would definitely use them again.

Quickly found and repaired pool leak after previous contractor Ken's were unable to find. Very happy with all aspects of service. Price may be a tad high but if I had called them sooner, I would have saved that in water costs.

I have used this company on 2 different pools (own home and rental.|after contacting them by telephone, they try to talk you through any possible minor repairs before coming out and charging for service call. I would highly recommend pool leak pros and use of their detection system
