They ended up keeping out original plans as ransom when we did not want to pay them for the services that they were unable to complete. They were supposed to help us close out permits for our home project after being abandoned by our GC and instead they made the process even more stressful by holding our plans as ransom to pay them out for work they did not complete. I even got our attorney and real estate broker involved who referred them. it was a NIGHTMARE!
Description of Work: We hired them to close out permits on our home that our GC abandoned. They were unable to close out permits.
