X-PEST INC

When we first hired them, we had a major black ant infestation throughout our house that Orkin had completely failed to control. We had ants everywhere--in our kitchen, in the bathrooms, in the front hallway, and pretty much all over the house. Whenever we tried to call Orkin to tell them we had trails of ants going up and down our walls, it would take 2-3 days before we would get any response. And they were never able to get rid of the ants when they did show up! A friend recommended X-Pest and we're so glad she did. John and Richard came out to our house and assured us they would get rid of the ants, no matter how many treatments it took. They spend a lot of time in our (VERY HOT!) attic, outside of our house, and did a thorough investigation to try and find any places where the ants could possibly get in, and also worked hard to find the queen(s) so the problem would be solved once and for all. They came as many times as was necessary, treating the issue until the last ant was gone. Now they do our monthly service outside the house, and we have not had an issue with black ants since they started doing our service. Every so often, we have ghost ants in the house, and whenever we have any issues like that, they respond to our calls quickly and efficiently--and they come to our house within 24 hours. They're professional, and they know what they're doing. I had assumed that going with a bug company like Orkin was the way to go, but seeing the difference in service quality, responsiveness, and expertise (and price!) that X-Pest provides compared to Orkin, it's absolutely no contest. John and Richard are terrific!

I have been using X-Pest for several years, not realizing I could do a review on them on A.L. After getting the tiny ants under control in my house, they have done perimeter service monthly which includes my patio. When I have needed inside service, I respond to their service courtesy call which alerts me to their next day planned service. Knowledgeable, educators, pleasant and effective in the service. Kudos.

Richard, the owner, is great. I have been a customer since around 1999 and have always been satisfied. They are consistent and reliable.

This company provides services monthly on the outside but after the high heat outside, the ants wanted in and got in. Richard and staff visited and treated the house but the bathrooms and kitchen were the worst. Today, there is the occasional ant which I was told to expect and they told me what to watch for activity and call them immediately and they would come again. They treated the inside about 5 months ago and the ants disappeared. They are always pleasant, respond to your call and work efficiently when present. They give you a two hour range which is great for your own planning.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE RIGHT ON TIME. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM A LONG TIME TO GET THE WORK DONE. WE HAVE NOT SEEN ANY BUGS OR PESTS SINCE THEY CAME OUT.
