Description of Work: Pressure washed outside of house, driveway, sidewalk. Cleaning went fine, but immediately afterwards I had a whole row of shrubs die and two potted trees lose all their leaves and almost die, all from spray that got on the plants. Someone else explained to me that Window Gang did not properly wet down the plants ahead of time, which would have prevented the plants from absorbing the bleach that is used in the cleaning. I spent a lot more money replacing the plants than it cost me to have the house cleaned.

Description of Work: Roof cleaning outfit was running late for 2 hours and office did not have common sense and decency to call me of the delay. I have to call the office and they were clueless. At the beginning of work, equipment broke and they had to reschedule. Thanks for wasting my day. 2nd appointment date, a week later: Roof cleaner was on time but worked alone bec. his co-worker quit that day. He did an OK job (roof mildew gone at least) albeit it took him four hours to finish the job. Made me wonder if a two man crew would have a made a difference (a much efficient, complete cleaning). Cost : $300 US. Roof is still clean and does not leak. No complaints about the solo roof cleaner, he was professional. Gave him a tip for his efforts. Would have preferred a two man crew to do the job, though. The office itself was far from professional.

+ 0 morePer Angies list , highly rated companies providing service are mostly in the Broward area. And they don't service down south when I called them. Made my decision to hire Windows Gang based on their method of cleaning ( softwash ,low pressure, chemical clean) and because they are bonded, licensed and insured. They are also in the FL BBB. Could have hired somebody that charges $ 150.00( pressure cleaning ) but unsure if this guy was licensed and insured . Setting up work via phone and email was easy with Window Gang office. My questions were answered in a friendly and timely manner. Got an appointment for the next week. Cleaning crew of two persons arrived on time and started work immediately. They had to stop work a short time later bec of equipment failure (waterpump stopped working). The office rescheduled me for the next week. On day of work, the crew was running late for an hour. I called up the office to find out. They had no idea that they were late and had no idea what was happening. I expected the office to call me back and update me on the matter I but got none. I had to call the office two more times to find out. When the van arrived, Ramon ( Raymond) was apologetic and told me he ran late because he was working alone on that day. The other crew member quit ! He worked on the roof alone for at least 3 hours. The cleaning went well. He handed me the bill and an evaluation questionaire for his work. I gave him a score of A. Thanks Ramon for the very good work! Not the same score for the office , I gave them a C. PS: check on Yelp for discount and deals. Got a $45 dollar discount on this work from Yelp.

+ -1 moreOverall OK, but they missed several spots, including one of the main (high traffic) sliding doors. It had a screen on it, they did not remove, nor clean it, and they did not clean the window behind it. We removed the screen and they simply took a dirty rug and "cleaned" it. Window runners and frames were not cleaned either. We had expected a lot more, based on their advertisements and pricing. Update on May 24 Window Gang contacted us to remedy the service originally performed. We accepted a part refund of the original fee, instead of a new cleaning. They were very eager to make sure we were satisfied!. Thank you!
