The entire project from the initial telephone call to the installation of a new glass window pane was trouble-free, fast and efficient. Anamaria and Manuel were informative and pleasant to work with. A neighbor came by while the window replacement was being worked on and is interested in having work done on their property; they were impressed with the short time frame of having the repairs completed.

The initial call was for an estimate on the work. But since the work was not too involved, Juan and his assistant went ahead and did the repairs. Thank you!

I’m very pleased to provide this feedback about the service I just received from Window and Door Group!! I had an emergency last night Friday and contacted this company thru their website past midnight. They replied to me in less than 20 min and coordinated everything to be at my house the next day Saturday as early as 8.30am. Keep in mind this occurred in a weekend. The quickest service ever since it took less than 2 hours to get all measured, installed and done! The quality and price are amazing, Juan Carlos very profesional as well as Ana Maria. I am very pleased and will recommend them for sure!

It went well. I'm very pleased with their promptness, as well as their kind and professional handling of the whole process.

I had screen panels on my lanai replaced and a dog door installed. It was very easy to schedule an appointment for Juancarlos to look at what I needed and give me a free estimate. He was courteous and honest, and did not try to sell me on additional work that did not need to be done, unlike a different company that gave an estimate. Window and Door Group was affordable and competitive with pricing against 2 other companies, but the main reason I chose them to do the work was their professionalism and attention to detail. When I scheduled the work to be done, they were prompt, friendly, and showed me exactly what they were doing. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend this company - Anamaria is easy to contact and work with, and Juancarlos did superb work. Much appreciated!
