+ -1 moreWe recently had to upgrade our older lap top to a new one. After researching the Internet we decided to purchase an HP. We needed someone to set it up and network the new lap top with our existing desktop and printer. Mr. Alvarez showed up as scheduled and did all the necessary work. I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.
Description of Work: Set up 2 new lap tops and networked with existing desktop. He also gave us advise on software and hardware issues as well as downloading free virus software from the Internet.
