Viscaya Estates Development Inc is a first rate construction company. Nick and Chris Gomez run a fist rate operation. Their crew are courteous, prompt and excellent craftsmen. If you need any type of construction put this company on your speed dial.

Nick went above and beyond to find the leak and repair it quickly. He made sure it was done right and looked amazing. He is very dedicated to customer service and making sure the customer is happy. He is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy and work done right. He thinks of every detail and does an amazing job. He also works very well with insurance claims. He came to the house before the adjuster came to figure out the scope of the work, he met with the adjuster for me, and he provided excellent photos of the damage and the finished work as it progressed. I would highly recommend Nick and his crew to do any job for you. From renovations to emergency repairs. For the work Nick does, you cannot get a better job done for the price. Excellent work and affordable.

From the beginning Nick was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and he was very detailed. He was able to get every part of the project done with his team of contractors. His prices were fair and he was very consultative throughout the process. He brainstormed ideas and discussed everything as he worked on the house. Including pictures, brochures and ideas for all the work. In the end the process went very smoothly, he went above and beyond to make me happy and have the project done right. I would recommend Nick for any of your projects big and small. He is very professional and will do what it takes to get the job done right. The fact I live out of state, working with Nick was actually easier then when I have had to work with contractors in my own area.

Met w/ Nick, he was very professional. He arrived on time at our scheduled appt. Provides timely call backs and email responses. He gave us some innovative ideas for my upcoming remodel. He also provided us w/ steps we need to take that would make it easier for architect to draw up plans. I am still in the preliminary stages of what I want to do w/ remodel (garage conversion, build-out or both) so I will have to 1st meet w/ architect before deciding on general contractor. Nick merits strong consideration when I decide on what I want to do after getting architecture plans finalized.

I am a new homeowner and am relatively new to the city. With the recent purchase of my new home I want to make major remodeling. From the very first day that I spoke to Nick (who came to my house on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule), he has provided me with invaluable advice and guidance. Thanks to him I am a better informed homeowner in things such as where to specifically go to get historical records on my property and things on my property that may not be up to code. Getting this type of information may seem simple or obvious to some but I'm sure there are many homeowners today that are less knowledgable about their homes as they should be and have not have the fortune of meeting someone like Nick. They did very well and it went really very well. They were prompt, polite and they stayed until it is finished. This is the second time we had them, we had them about twelve years ago. They are very good. Their price is very reasonable. Their quality of work is excellent.

Nick Gomez and Vizcaya Estates Developers came highly recommended as an excellent roof contractor. What I and the rest of the congregation learned is that he is also an excellent general contractor as well. We initially hired Nick to replace the roof on a religious building that we had just purchased and wanted to ultimately use as a primary house of worship. The building needed alot of work in addition to the roof. Unfortunately we learned that the building had a 40 Year Re Certification Violation which prevented Nick from obtaining a roof permit. Instead the County said that we would need a master permit as well. We thought we would have to hire another contractor, but Nick agreed to pull the master permit and coordinate the other trades and coordinate the 40 Year Re Certification Process as well. Some were a little leery since Nick admitted that he did not have much experience in religious buildings. In fact, we knew his background was mostly residential. But we liked his work ethic, character and honesty, plus we had a tight budget. He and his staff were very professional and reliable. They came to the job site and worked consistently. Nick's pleasant personality definitely was a plus when he had to communicate with the Miami-Dade County Building Department. He was able to maneuver through the maze due to his years of experience and the solid reputation he had built with county officials. We were very pleased with the finished product, it truly exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Nick and his crew to any one.

I contacted Mr. Nick Gomez about renovating 2 bathrooms at my parents' condo, which is located 100 miles from where I live. Since I would be traveling there to meet the contractors it was very important that he be on time for our meeting and he was. Nick pointed out how the bathrooms could be improved and answered all my questions. He emailed his thorough bid very quickly and promptly changed the bid to reflect our addtions later on. Although we ultimately decided to choose another contractor, it was a difficult decision. I found Nick professional and easy to talk to.

Mr. Gomez designed everything for my bathrooms. He went with me to the tile and marble stores and showed me what would work better for me. His crew of installers came out and did both bathrooms within 3 days. The work was very high quality and the cleanup was immaculate. I had new plumbing installed and electrical fixtures as well as new tile and marble, vanities etc. I had several quotes and Vizcaya Estates was by far the most cost effective. The work performed was impeccable. They do remodeling, new construction, driveway resurfacing, painting, electrical, fencing and more. I would use them for any of these services in the future. I highly recommend them. They ate licensed and insured.
