coming in so deal with it" i was in shock she hung up on me so i called again to speak to my sales associate and was told that my order was not large enough so they did not put importance to it and my order was never placed and they insisted this was the first time this had ever happen and that they are sorry i asked when my tiles were going to arrive they said 10 more days i decided to give them one last chance well 10 more days passed and guess what no tiles i asked for a refund and was told no and once again by a very rude woman was shouted at told that they don't care and my order was not important i finally had it showed up and demanded to speak to the owner who i was told was on vacation in the bahamas as i walked around the store waiting for someone to talk to me i ran into the owner (who was supposed to be in the bahamas) well still have no tiles they said they will be in on monday if they are not in i unfortunately think i will have to contact an attorney to help with this situation. i checked other reviews on other web site and found MANY other complaints about the same thing. unfortunately they have good prices and selection but the service is horrible so is everything else about that place.
