I approximately spent $1500. I found them using my phone book. They inspected my floor joist, my flooring structure. They drew engineering drawing with specifications for repair of the rotten floor joist. They are a bit pricey. They didn't seem to have much experience or knowledge of construction practices. It is easier to deal with a company that is aware of construction practices and they way they draw the drawing. I was very impressed because he came here and he quoted and he stayed in my house for over an hour. He gave it a thorough inspection. He crawled through two foot-high wall spacing for over an hour. I was very impressed. I refuse to go down because it scares me down there. You have to crawl through this one foot-high little opening into a two-foot crawl space. He did it very thorough. I will use them again in the future, if needed.
