I called him on a referral to give me a price to relocate an existing pump and filter system of my small pool. His estimate came in at $1415.99. What needed to be done was to refit 5 plastic pipes, and glue them back into a system. He charged $185.99 for plastic parts and drain cover, $850 for Plumbing ( 5 plastic pipes) and $380 for Electrical work. The next estimate I got was $400 and he performed the job in 5 Hours. I guess Mr Santana thought I'm a complete idiot.
