UNZUETA'S CARPENTRY INC

Damian Unzueta is the rare exception in South Florida home improvement/repair companies. He does everything that he says he is going to do. First, he was on time for all appointments, from the initial consultation to the final installation. His shop drawings, which were professionally executed, arrived via e-mail when he said they would. He worked with us on the complete design, offering his expert opinions on design improvement and kitchen work flow. He suggested, and utilized, existing components of our kitchen that we wanted to incorporate into the work. He has a good eye for color and was excellent at getting a handle on where we wanted to go with our ideas. He came prepared to meetings with finish samples and brochures so that we could visualize what his suggestions were. We were comfortable giving him the deposit, and he gave us an accurate lead time for the cabinets to be built. They were right on time, and he scheduled the installation time and showed up the morning that he was supposed to. He and his helper stayed on the job every day until the kitchen was completed-2-1/2 days. He is a stickler for detail, and did some extras that he felt was necessary to make a better job (at no cost to us). His work is of the highest quality, he keeps the jobsite as clean as possible, he works quietly, and his communication with us was excellent. I could not have had a better experience for our kitchen work. Unzueta's Carpentry is simply the best!

Unzueta's Carpentry is on the job until it is finished. He has some great contacts for appliances and gets you good prices on them. A very trustworthy and professional person.
