It was outstanding to have someone make me feel like they genuinely wanted to help me and not take advantage of my lack of technology knowledge. They walked me through every step of the way from explaining what I needed to installing and making everything run. I will certainly use Universal Technology Advisors again for any of my technology needs.
Description of Work: I had a lot of technology components and did not know what to do, so I called Universal Technology Advisors. Not only did they help me decide what I should keep and what I should get rid of, but they are helping me sell the old components. I love movies, so they hooked up Netflix in all three rooms for me to watch, helped me purchase discounted new equipment and put them all on two remotes! The last thing they did was make sure my computer was updated to run faster and virus free, so now I can view my favorite websites without fear of security.

Description of Work: I had the pleasure working with Jeremy. He is very professional and extremely knowledgable. He asked many good questions and actully gave me some very sound advice. There were many things that I did not think of in the set up and installation of my system that would of cost me more money and time in the future. I would hire this company again. My intial concern was that they were new to Angie's list but I guess everyone has to start somewhere ! I would not of known that Jeremy and his company had not been doing this for years. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself when the work was complete. I wish Jeremy all the best in his new business.
