Richard came out numerous times to remeasure our job as the scope of it grew. Once we decided to do the entire house, he patiently walked us through all the possibilities. An engineer came out and did measurements and window pressure measurements. The installers were diligent and relatively neat. We had some issues with windows that were in brick casements so the installers waited until the engineer and owner could come out and determine the best way for the installation to proceed.

The window installers were extremely hard workers and very dedicated however, the sales person, ''Rudy Rodriguez'' and the owner ''Frank Matos'' were the complete opposite. Rudy came to the house and did the measurements however, when the doors came in, those measurement were incorrect. As a result, the installers had to break a lot of the existing structure to accomodate the oversize doors. Additonally, my Planation shutters that cost me $4000 became obsolete because they do not fit the new doors now. To add insult to injury, I had to pay for the stucco work to complete the job. Additionally, Frank requested his installers to collect the final 50% before they would complete the job. The job is still pending some ''add-ons'' that would be required to close the space left. Please note that my grading is for the Owner and Sales Person but not for the installers.

BAY WINDOWS ARE EXPENSIVE TO BUY AND TO HAVE INSTALLED. BUT THE PRICES OF THIS COMPANY ARE SO REASONABLE THAT IT MADE THE SITUATION MORE RELAXED. THE NEW WINDOW LOOKS ALLOT BETTER AND IT MAKES THE HOUSE STAND OUT.
