This company is the worst. I’ve made several attempts to have my AC repaired which is under warranty & they never return phone calls to voice messages I’ve left or responded to the email I’ve sent. They are very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment & until this day no one has returned my phone call

Horrible, they broke my door to the air handler, I had to beg them to take the old unit, the DID NOT pull a permit as needed by city of.plantation, drilled into my water pipes on the other side of the wall which caused a flood and emergency plumming repair, they refused to come to do a service call, blocked me as well as the finance company, the office staff is very unprofessional and rude. It's been almost a year and I lost my free first year of service, parts and labor. If I call from another number, they answer and when I tell them who I am, they hang up, left no paperwork, filter has a burn hole and it's not working as a new unit should, I cried, pleated and begged to no avail. They received their money and gone in a flash. No biggie but very important to some, the installers didn't speak English, so lucky for me I speak some Spanish. I would die in the heat before I ever called this company for AC work or any work for that matter. Not 1 service call, not even 1... That shows how they operate and for a period of time they were unlicensed. The girls in the office must be related to the owner because if I ever treated my clients they way they did me, I would have gotten fired... I am sick and on disability and have had heat exhaustion on several occasions.. they have no heart. Take the money and run...just look up their reviews on their page or Google them... Very poor service, actually the worst I have ever encountered... So don't be fooled, they will come back with lies but I have GreenSky to backup my complete account of the horrific AC install... Oh you will see some excellent reviews but there from the people who work there ever the salesman... Sad they can get away with this... They should be shut down. My opionion....in which I am intitled to...don't hire them, don't back them and run as fast as you can when you hear the name United Breeze..they even blocked and refused to talk to GreenSky, I am in dispute now and I will fight this company with all I have, they are the rudest, nastist and unprofessional as it comes.. I am so upset with them, it took me this long to write a review. They call u liars, they will say they come out each and every time but they lie. One thing they don't know is that I recorded each and every call I had with them. Rude as rude can be... don't ever hire them, trust me when I tell you I'm telling g the truth and GreenSky financial has had a taste of their attitude more than once. They even quit financing their customers.. I'm NOT backing down and I refuse to pay for their horrible service and attitude. The girls in the office act like they own the company... I could go on and on about them but I won't, if you want to hire them, good luck.

I am very disappointed with this company!! Everything was working well. They were punctual and started the job. But when they were removing the exterior part, they put it over a short brick wall outside the house and the wall fell down. They showed us what happened and told us that after finishing the air conditioning installation they would rebuild the same brick wall. After the installation and inspection was done they came to rebuild the wall. The same man that installed the air, "rebuild" the wall. He only put bricks with cement together, made a gross work and left. Since then, it has been 3 months now, they simply don't answer ours call and emails. Now, I have to pay almost $2.000 to rebuild my brick wall. I paid $3.500 for the air that will cost me in the end $5.500. I strongly DON'T recommend this company. We choose them through angieslist mainly for their good rates but they proved that they are NOT a RELIABLE and COMMITTED company. They really caused a big loss here in my house.

AJ performed a thorough inspection of my house and A/C unit. He was very honest in letting me know that my prior A/C was operating fine but I insisted I wanted to replace it for a more efficient unit. I got varous estimates and his price was the best offered. AJ was very pleasant to work with and he accomodated the installation around my schedule. Marlon was the technician that installed the unit. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and left the working area clean. Marlon has returned twice to my house because Rheem sent a faulty wifi module for my thermostat. Both times Marlon arrived on time and was as nice and polite as the first. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain my too advanced thermostat! AJ called on the day of the installation to make sure everything was going fine and he followed up later to make sure it was operating as desired. I have called him a couple of times ( my thermostat has a lot of information I don't understand!) and he has quickly answered all my calls and explained everything. This has been the best customer experience I have ever had. Will be using them for all my future needs!

They arrived on schedule, replaced the unit and cleaned the site where they were working. They also replaced one of the ducts. After the installation there was a problem with my wifi module that communicates with the air condition and my phone. They responded promptly and switched the module in a timely manner. The technician Marlon was very professional and courtious. I was very satisfied with his work and he answered all questions I had. AJ gave me a very competitive price. He also took the time to answer my questions and he was in constant communication on the day of the installation and after making sure everything was done accordingly and that the unit was operating properly. I was in contact with AJ after installation because of a more sophisticated thermostat that I purchased and question I had as to its setup and understanding. AJ responded immediately to my calls and answered all my questions. My calls to him were numerous and he took every single one of them!! He has given me the best service and customer support I have ever had.

Initially, I would have given them an A+, but 13 days later, I am giving them a D. The intake vent is not set up properly with the metal grating and filters. It has been 13 days since they said they would special order the grating and the filters and it still has not arrived. Every time I try to call, the owner is unavailable or will not speak with me. This is a brand new Goodman AC unit and it is already leaking. They also changed the price for the service three different times and it was very frustrating. The service technicians for this company are great, but the management is not reliable when a problem arises. They do not follow through on difficult issues. They even told me that the special order had arrived last Friday, but that was not true. Be careful!

Met with Bernie the day before and he went over all options. Choose Goodman and Install took 4 hours from start to finish with a 2 man team to start the next day.

Met with Bernie the sales person at my house. He provided me options available and was great with any questions or concerns. Gave me a. Price and it did not change and he even did some extra things as well. The 2 man team completed removal and install with new concrete pad and uv light within 5 hours.

Thanks to AJ very professional and took care of our problem witin the same day i can not express how happy iam that i called United Breeze the technician Freddy was very professional and worked very hard to late hours making sure everything worked properly . Thanks to United Breeze Team we had a great night sleep

Well first I spoke to a girl in the office who was very nice and took care of scheduling my appt. - they came out the same day, which was unheard of. The tech arrived and was very polite , even cleaned his shoes on my door mat. He was very good about explaining to me what went wrong in my ac and how i should use the right filter. He cleaned my coil and showed me a small leak that the unit had. He took care of it on the spot. The cost was amazing seeing as I called other companies and they were too expensive. After it was all done they called me back as a follow up and I got a thank you card in the mail.

Very punctual , great customer service, great prices, very knowledgeable with their line of work.

Installed a New Water Cooled Air Conditioner in my Condo to my complete satisfaction as well as the Condo Association having followed all administrative procedures regarding rukes and regulations. The worl was done on time, clean and non-disruotive to myself or my neighbors. I'm very satisfied with all of the results including my energy savings realized by my new hi-efficiency green technology Air Conditioner System. I highly recomend United Breeze for any home or business because of their expertise and profesional attention all aspects of attention to their work as well as customer satisfaction .

Punctual, courteously and respectfully explained the work to be done and explained all the reasons and costs of how I will save money and not have any more high electric bills because of the air conditioning and installed everything timelymmeanwhile respecting my home and family as well as cleaning up after finishing the installation. It's cooling beautifully and it's nice and quiet just how I ordered and wanted it to be. Bilingual personnel was very helpful as well.

No follow ups on their jobs, never reply to customer calls, gives fake appointments, especially the owner himself. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BUSINESS.
