Excellent work, paint on front porch ceiling looks like new paint after cleaning. great service and very professional company. Patio was stained from IRMA leaves, looks 100% better. No disappointments...and today that is rare in Miami. We will definitely hire again.

They did an incredible job at my house. I almost didn't use them because their website was so complicated and so thorough that I thought if there is ever a scam out there they were absolutely incredible because I ask like a military man when they came to your house. He takes pictures of everything and whatever and he started the job and ended up doing my roof, my walls, my tennis court, my patio everything and it was fabulous. I would use them again.

The owner came over to give us an estimate and scheduled by email. He checked on the work everyday, the whole job taking only two days. He came by each day to check on the work and spoke with us daily. Afterwards he sent us photos of before and after and apprised us of damage he found before he started the job. His follow up was excellent and he kept in good contact with us throughout the process.

I found this company on the internet through Google. Harry Kurchner returned my call promptly and professionally. He came by to look at the job (no charge estimates). He then followed up with a written proposal, which was faxed to me. The proposal is very professional, describes the job in detail, and describes how the job will be done. He also included his contractor license information and a copy of his certificate of insurance (I did not even ask for that). He also states in his proposal that he might not be the cheapest but offers a price matching guarantee. His 2 workers showed up on time, they even cleaned my teak table! They performed the job with less "mess" than expected. The equipment they use is quite impressive. 2 days later, they returned to apply the sealer. All in all, highly recommendable and professional.
