They came for their periodic pest control treatment. They were on time, called in advance, and the experience was positive.

They have been with us for many years.

We have a yearly contract and I found termite pellets, so they came and sprayed the area where the termites were located.

They come every 3 months, they show up hen they say they will and are always professional. If there are issues, they come out between scheduled visits and perform additional service for no charge. I would highly recommend them to all family and friends.

The agent was very prompt and thorough in his inspection. Sent an estimate for the job the same day. Completed the first treatment on time and professional.

They did attic rat extermination, which was successful. Metal Coverings were put over roof soffits and attic traps set with bait. Coverings remain to keep rats out. Problem solved.

Checked on turf; add insecticide and fertilizer.

For many years, I have had an annual contract with Truly Nolen for providing termite control service if evidence of termites is present. In 20+ years, I think they have been called out twice to provide some localized treatment in areas of observed minor termite damage. They often raise their prices. What started out at around $150 annually is now $350. They perform an annual cursory inspection of my property which takes about 30 min. I am not so sure that I am getting my money's worth. Self-insuring may be my best bet.

Everything has been okay. The workers are easy going and very polite. It is a nice company to work with. I have had no issues with them.

They give a window of time and they are normally at my home during that time, when they call they will answer any questions that I have. They are very professional and courteous. I have struggled with this company in order to make appts twice now. The technician who came to my house for the first service gave me her cell phone and said to call her for future appts. I called her 3 times within a week to no avail and finally contacted the office. Turns out she had been on vacation, which is understandable. But then either leave a message explaining to call the office or forward your calls!! I have had ants in my house so had an appt scheduled for this morning between 8-10 am that I made yesterday. At 9:55 I called and they told me my technician was no longer servicing my house and that another technician might be available between 11-1. She also said there had been some office changes. I explained that I had already taken time off from work to sit at home for no reason already and could not wait any longer. This person was unable to explain why no one thought to review the scheduled customers and to advise that service would not be provided due to the "office changes". The service when it happens (one service so far with two visits) has been good and the technician has been very knowledgeable - I am just unable to depend on them. Unless they seriously improve their dependability, I will not renew my contract with them. I now get to reschedule and hope they show up.

Hired the company to eradicate whitefly. While they did a decent job on one hedge along my yard, all of bushes in front and a tree to the side of the house remain infected and are dying. I called management, district management to inspect and correct, after a comedy of scheduling issues, they promised to correct and never did. I cancelled the service and now find out that my account has been handed over to collection agency. Would definitely recommend against any service that asks for a lengthy contract up front prior to seeing the quality of work, lesson learned on my part.

I said I had a cat and didn't want anything toxic to pets. He treated inside cabinets, between walls and cabinets and behind electical outlets. I had called a few other services and no one else mentioned spraying behind outlets. The problem is, ants do go inside the walls and between walls and cabinets.

They do a good service and I would recommend them. They also do good with following up and will come right out when you call.

They have been very good, very accommodating and they always call right before they come and visit to make sure someone will be in the house. They have been very professional. I give them an overall B rating because there was one time they were scheduled between nine to eleven and they ended up not coming till like one o'clock. Other then that issue they have been very great, accommodating and friendly. They are very comparable, I did a lot of comparison with other companies in the area. I haven't had any issues for the most part since they have started the spraying. I am able to call and speak to someone immediately. Other then that one time they come when they say they are going to come.

They were very professional and what I liked about them was that they were on time. I work from 9-7, so I needed them to be there at 8 and they were there at 8 in the morning. The service was pretty good. I have two more fumigation's to do in the next few months but so far it is great. They have done two sessions but I still find some roaches in the house and I just to make sure they are 100% sure.

You can call them anytime that you have a problem.

They do a very thorough job. I have enquired from them about a certain pest and they have not got back to me as yet. Their pricing is bearable. Their treatment is very effective. I would use them again in the future.
