Description of Work: No call & no show. I had to call to find out what happened with company representative Jose Colls and no clear answer provided by this company. I am waiting to receive a call from his supervisor.

Description of Work: We had a contract for pest control inside & outside the house. They always called the day before to remind us of the appointment which was very helpful and were very prompt if we had a pest problem. The cost was for a 3 month period. We sold the house in Sept. 2013. We also had a contract for termites on the house and they tried very hard to contain the termites and were very responsive every time I called them to come and exterminate the active ones. It was an annual renewal for $845.00 It was a very large old house and it was a constant battle. We also had the lawn spray service for awhile when there was a tick problem but their product did not seem to do the job on the ticks, it was a very bad summer for ticks and everyone was having a problem with them. After a year I discontinued to lawn service and treated the lawn myself and had better luck controlling the ticks plus I tried a different medication for my dogs for the ticks and that helped too.

Description of Work: We have a contract with them and they come every two months for pest control. The service was great. They are very professional.

Description of Work: I called Truly Nolen on Monday morning and requested an appt as early as possible in the morning. They gave me a 9am appt on the following Wednesday. I explained that I really needed for the person to be there on time because I had to go to work; and they said no problem - this was their first appt. and the person would be at my home at 9am. The person did not arrive and by 10:00 am I had to leave. When I called Truly Nolen to find out where the inspector was, they informed me that they they do not give 9am appts, that the appointments have 2 hour windows. This was completely different from what I was told when I made the apointment. If I had been told they give you a 2 hour window, I would have made the appt on a Saturday. In summary, I wasted two days waiting for the appt. and lost 2 hours of work. I did not appreciate the misinformation given to me when I intially called to make the appointment.

Description of Work: Truly Nolan 866 599-8543 never kept an appoint to qoute service. I had a fixed 3-5 pm time slot yesterday. Truly Nolan never met this appointment and furthermore never called back to appologize nor reschedule. Very poor business ethics!
