BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't go to these people for glass!! Shady and bad business practice! We visited the storefront counter and received a quote ($375) in writing from and quot;Geneand quot; the general manager, for some glass to cover two desks in our home office. We then scheduled an appointment for a sales rep and quot;Yoneland quot; to come out to our home and measure the desks (just to get it right). After doing so this sales rep told us the original quote was wrong and it would cost almost 3 times the amount originally quoted to us ($980). The measurements were all done right but this rep said it would cost more just because he had to come out and measure and polish and blah blah blah. He went on trying to make the job seem bigger than what it really was. Mind you on the quote given by the general manager, it stated, and quot;includes measuring, polishing and deliveryand quot;. Finally after four frustrating days of leaving messages trying to reach this and quot;Geneand quot; back at the shop and not receiving any return calls, I managed to get him on the phone. He told us he had looked over the quote that he had originally given us but couldn't explain how he arrived at those figures. He said he WOULD NOT honor the quote he gave us, and the best he could do was $820!! I do not recommend anyone use this company based on their bad business ethics and the fact that they are just plain liars! As a last thought, that final price of $820 was very high in comparison to the other glass companies we've contacted, so it's even less excusable that they act so unprofessional.

I had four window panes damaged, and could not afford the replace the entrie set of windows, therfore this nice gentleman came assessed the problem and fixed the problem and windows look teriffic

The guy who came out was wonderful. He was a very nice guy. They came out on time and did everything fine. However, they quoted me double what anybody else had quoted for me. The two other quotes I had were on target. I'm waiting on one more quote for the job, but the quote this company gave was ridiculous.

The service was excellent. They took care of us quickly. We did have a problem where one of the pieces of the glass was damaged, but they replaced it for us. Their price was within our budget. They were very professional and extremely clean.

All I can say is what a seriously professional company this is. The salesman came out, informed us of exactly what we would be getting for our estimate, measured the circumference of where the enclosure was to go, and called the workers in the very next day. Other companies that came and gave us estimates lasted 5 minutes and would leave. They clean up extremely well and I will always use this company.

Mr Luis Delgado showed up on time. He was very courteous and did a thorough review of my request. After trying to remove the doors from the rails, he quickly realized the doors were installed from outside, probably with the aide of a crane. He recommended either replacing with impact windows (he roughly estimated $40k) or just do a basic cleaning and maintenance on our own. He considered Tropical Company, would be too expensive, to hire for the work at hand. Although, I couldn't hire the company this time, I'll definitively do so in the future, should I need glass work performed.

TROPICAL IS A TERRIFIC COMPANY. THEY WERE PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING TO MY WANTS AND NEEDS. THE PRICE WAS INEXPENSIVE. THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT ON MY HOUSE.
