Description of Work: I had an electrical fire and called Trinity. They came promptly. It was not the AC unit. The technician found it was the water heater. I paid for a service call.

Description of Work: Trinity A/C installed a new 4-ton 17 SEER variable speed system to replace a 16-year old 14 SEER system. We were afraid the old system was about to die so we met with a few companies to get a new system installed before the arrival of summer's heat and humidity. Joie came to our house on time, impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism, and a few days later we got an email with the cost estimate containing a fair price on a new system. We got a couple of rebates factored in so that was great. Trinity has been around a long time; they have a great reputation and we trusted them to do great work. Mario (with a helper) arrived 15 minutes early on the day of the installation. He did an incredibly good job, was professional, neat, and friendly, and was done by 4pm. The new AC is great; running on low speed it's quiet and does a good job of controlling humidity. Have not seen an electric bill yet but I bet it will be lower than before. I highly recommend Trinity AC!
