They were on time, fast and efficient. They were very professional. They did a good job. It took them about three and half hours which included a run to Home Depot to get some supplies. The total that I paid included the price of the materials.

Overall we were happy with the service. Reuben answered immediately when we called and was prompt to all appointments. He gave us estimates in a timely manner. Any time we needed to get in touch with him, he was available. He is extremely professional and friendly, and his workmen were all punctual and hardworking. We were extremely happy with the quality of the painting, and Reuben was very fair with the price for the work he did. The plumber that he recommended for the hot water heater was more expensive than we anticipated.

Ruben did send an estimate for everything about 1 1/2 weeks after he came to our home, but the amount of money estimated was one figure when he told me that he would itemize each job. I sent him an email asking for the itemized jobs, but he still has not gotten back to me and it has been several weeks. I originally called him because of his rating and customer reviews on Angie's List. I do believe that Ruben was punctual on his visit to estimate, and he was very professional, but I'm disappointed that he has not followed through with an itemized list. I would like to give him another chance to come through.

They were rather quick. They were very nice people. I just thought they were a bit pricey. I got a bunch of quotes, and he was just way over.

I selected a few "handymen" from angies list to come out and give me estimates. One never responded, one was really overpriced and Ruben gave the best impression and best prices in general. I did think his estimate to paint the walls - which are 3 tiny walls considering that the space is 53" x 22" - was too much (about $90) and I decided to this myself. I'm glad I did because the walls got pretty beat up with the granite install which happened about a week later. Overall, communication with the company was very easy because there is always someone to answer the phone. She coordinated all the dates and the workers to come out. I was under the impression that Ruben would be doing the work since he gave the estimate, but another man came out and did all the work. He was very professional and made every effort to work as cleanly as possible. I really appreciated that. The work was done on time and I paid exactly what we had agreed to at the beginning of the job. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again in the future.

It was the Saturday before the Memorial Day and closet fell. I texted ProHandyman Solutions and advised Ruben what had happened. Not expecting to hear from him until after the holiday, to my surprise I received a text saying that he would be at my house on Sunday, May 30th at 12:30 pm. I immediately said OK since this would be fixed earlier than expected. On Sunday at 112:28 pm, he was driving into my driveway and the rest was done to my satisfaction.

Ruben helped me fix a room with water damage. Repaired drywall, changed A/C unit & painted. Converted the room into a great playroom. He was punctual, very skilled, attentive to details, responsive to my requests and patient when it came time to move furniture around room. He moved it until I was happy. He also built for us beautiful wooden gates and installed them. Not only were the gates much nicer then pre-made options also more affordable. His prices are reasonable and well worth the money. His whole team is a pleasure to work with.
