+ 0 moreThe adhesive used to to hang my mirror left dark spots on my mirror; I found out from another company's manager that the adhesive that was used was wrong. Tim was easy to reach before I was done paying in full; after the bathroom was completed it's been extremely difficult to reach him despite having 4 different contact numbers for him. He did see the dark spots, he did agree that the adhesive was incorrect, he did take the measurements weeks ago but has not returned any of my calls since then. The entire process has taken MUCH longer then it should have, and the process to correct to the mirror should have been taken care of weeks ago as intended. Tim was completely unpredicable in terms of when he would show up to work on the project; there was never a set time or day, and on many occasions he would show up at inappropriate times of the evenings alone and sometimes with workers. As time went on, I realized that I was being fit in between roofing jobs.
Description of Work: The company was hired to remodel my very small and only bathroom. The remodel started mid Jan 2010 until the present, and is still not completed but the job was paid in full.

+ -1 moreHe did not do much of anything that he was supposed to do. He smoked a lot of cocaine and kept screaming at people. We hired people who knew nothing. They spoiled everything. They did not cover anything when they sprayed the paint, and the paint was all over the place. When I asked them to clean it up them quit and did not turn back.
Description of Work: I used Tim Parks Handyman to finish a bedroom, install doors, sealing fans, lighting, plumbing in kitchen, fix the dishwasher, and a lot of other things.

+ -1 moreTim had the entire site pressure washed to start with a clean base and then began the process of removing old wood. There were scores of nails that slowed the process down, but he and his assistant James handled that very well. The base wood was painted and then lattice-work and molding applied. Tim used pressure treated wood for my new fence railing and now my ugly trash can is not visible when I take a stroll around the property. I gave Tim license and freedom to create something beautiful and he came through like a champ! Before this project, I never really like walking along the left side of my house that much. Now, it is a pleasure. Thanks Tim!!
Description of Work: I had a fence and partial roof overhang that was in dire need of repair. The wood was falling apart and the lattice-work was old and in terrible condition. In fact, it was a very complex job because there were hundreds of nails in the wood structure placed by the previous owner of the house, that took much patience to remove. In addition, I was looking for a beautiful final product that would enhance the overall beauty of the house. Keep in mind this is on the side of my home sheltering my water softener, air conditioning fan, trash can as well as a door to the garage. The old fence posts and lattice work were removed along with all non-reusable wood. New lattice-work and trim were applied with great success. The outcome was fantastic!

Description of Work: Tim immediately responds to my emergency due to over flow from the water heater. He automatically fixes the problem and prevents the water from the bathroom faucet leaking. He did a good job within job done in hour. He also responded to another crisis when the bathroom toilet overflowed. He fixed this problem too.
