phone repair
+ -1 moreThey are excellent. I had nothing, but problems with my phone system and my phone company said that they could not fix it and walked away. The came in and fixed the old system and installed a new system. They are professional and I like them. They did not charge me when they replaced the battery on the system because they considered that as part of their service. They also replaced the intercom box at the front door and they came 6 or 7 times because it did not work, but he charged me only for the first time. He said that if we don?t fix it the first time, we don?t charge you for all those times afterwards and I thought that was remarkable. I haven?t encountered anyone like that in today?s world. They are honest, fair people and I was very impressed with them.
Description of Work: We used The Phone Depot and they repaired my phone 1.5 years ago. The last time they came was within the last 3 months and to replace the battery on the system.
