 + -1 moreAside from the store having computer difficulties the day I ordered the system which cascaded into a series of problems that were taken care of by the Store Manager in one of the most courteous, professional, and customer friendly manner - all went exceptionally well. The whole process was great, the designer karen B. was a delight and the installers were fastidious, meticulous, competent, timely, and exceptional. I had always shied away from the Container Store because of its cult like following of the OCD; however, I have a better understanding why - so many other companies should take lessons on how to treat a customer and deliver a premium product albeit at a premium price. But hey, hopefully this is a one time purchase so getting it right is important. I however refrained from purchasing containers for my containers :) EXCELLENT
