T&S Roofing Systems

T&S Roofing provides a 5 Star experience from start to finish. Their proposal was by far the most thorough and professional that I have received for any contract work, complete with their license info, insurance info, references, pictures, and 2 different options. Leo Toledo was very professional, and objective when discussing our options between repair and replacement, and he answered all of our questions (even coming back a 2nd time after we received our proposal). Once we agreed to proceed, we were assigned a project manager named Troy Davis who came to our house to meet with us, and outline the entire process from start to finish. From that point on, Troy kept us informed on the progress of work and next steps. Every member of the crew was very courteous, and respectful of our property, and our bordering neighbor’s property too. At the end of every day, they cleaned up all construction debris, building materials, and tools to ensure the area was safe for us all, including my daughter and dog who are always playing outside. When the job was complete, and finished ahead of schedule despite numerous rain delays (and Hurricane Irma), the end result far exceeded any of our expectations. We are extremely happy with the work they did, and have already recommended them to several friends and family members. I absolutely recommend T&S Roofing, and am thankful for the work, Leo, Troy, and their entire crew did to replace our roof.

I went in person and setup an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate. The day of the appointment two weeks later, nobody shows up or calls. I call the next day, they apologize take my number and say someone’s gonna call. 5 days later, no call. I call again, same thing, they apologize and say someone’s gonna call. Days later, you guessed it, nothing. I do this 3 more times, this time they say a supervisor is going to call and nothing. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

Troy with T&S roofing is hands down best in the business! Helped me track down a leak that was due to the gutter and parapet wall not being sealed correctly. Took care of the waterproof coating in a timely manner.

I contacted T&S Roofing via their website for an estimate to repair damage to my roof due to Hurricane Irma. A very pleasant young lady finally called me two weeks later. After asking a series of questions regarding the scope of work she advised me that, due to the high demand for roofers, a $200 deposit is required to schedule an estimate to repair my roof. I declined to pay for the estimate - no work done.

3 days after Hurricane Irma, T&S Roofing was at the door at 7:30am ready to begin our re-roofing project. In the matter of 8 full working days I had the roof replaced with my brand new tile. Every time we had a concern or question we were responded in the matter of minutes from our sales rep Angel to our project manager Jorge. Their efforts and professionalism were definitely tested through the Hurricane and rains. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and made this an easy process for our family. If you are in need of a roofing contractor look no further! Thanks to the entire team for an outstanding job and a new beautiful roof!

Couldn't be happier with this companies work, work ethics, customer service, punctuality, communication and services! It all started with Maycol Delgado who came to my property measured the roof, gave me all the details and got everything in motion. No matter when I called he picked up no matter what I asked he had the answer and always in a very nice and professional manner. I had the pleasure to meet the whole team behind the job including the actual roofers who I spent time with on the actual job and everyone was amazing. Then when I thought it couldn't get any better, Troy Davis the project manager comes along! Very humble human being always answered every question, text, emails and voice mails effectively and Efficiently! Very professional, nice and as annoying as I was with 32 questions per second he never got annoyed by them. He always found a way to make things happen! By far the best experience I ever had with any roofing company. I know this review is long but they deserve it. The job was done to perfection I couldn't be any happier. Guys... save your time and money looking for another roofing company.. whatever you guys are looking for.. they have it. I wouldn't waste my time typing this up if it wasn't true. T&S Roofing finished my roofing project in a timely manner. The entire personel from Angel our roof consulatant to Jorge our project manager were professional, communactive and personable. Even through Hurricane Irma, T&S made all the efforts to start and finish our roof on schedule. We are super happy with our roof and we have already reffered them to our front door neighbor. Overall, T&S Roofing was professional and punctual. It took a few months to get the roof done because of permit issues. A little pricey, roof started off at $10k ended up at $18k because of add-ons that we’re not included. The roof did come out very nice, however.

I have had numerous "quick fixes" on this problem but J & S Roofing is the only one that really stopped the leak. They told what had to be done before they started and it matched my insurance company's assessment exactly. Great job J&S!!

They never contacted me when I requested an estimate.

The day after the work was completed it rained....and the roof leaked badly. The roof continues to leak to this day. They don't return calls and I feel they have no intention of ever making repairs. Following the hurricane people will likely rush to any roofer available. I recommend patience. wait for another roofer.

Excellent! From the very first phone contact, to the Mike who initiated the sales call to Troy the project manager and everyone in between. Reliable, punctual, honest, fair and fast. Quality of work Outstanding, my neighbors were impressed. Communication daily as to the project timeline. Would highly recommend without hesitation. My only suggestion to consumer is to make the time to see a sample of the tile at a warehouse, the actual differs slightly from the brochures, no reflection on T&S Roofing they were ALL GREAT! We had a need to replace our roof which created a very comprehensive search for the right roof and more important, roof company. After receiving bids and proposals, we settled on T&S Roofing. The sales person Mike, promptly showed up for our appointment and was very prepared. He had details of the entire job complete with photos of samples, references and most impressive, quotes from competitors. He prepared us for ambiguities in their quotes where materials used were not disclosed and he was correct. Our project manager Troy, stepped in to continue the process and was tested when there was a misunderstanding. He reassured us by pledging his and T&S Roofing guarantee to correct an error. Troy communicated constantly with daily preview of events and a wrap up of activity complete with photos. I am extremely pleased with T&S Roofing and their employees especially Mike & Troy and would highly recommend them. Job well done !!

Second roof with T&S Roofing and truly feel like we are part of the family! Troy and his crew were wonderful throughout the process. maycol was great again as their consultant! Any roof we need will go to them and they are highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. Angel and Jorge answered all of our questions, the work was prompt and professional, and the team was excellent. They even pressure cleaned the driveway after an accidental spill. I would definitely recommend them.

Edmund arrived on time and was very courteous. From the start, I could tell that he took his job very seriously. The "Deal" that I had purchased was mainly to inspect our first and second story roofs for issues that could result in leaks, etc. and perform minor repairs. He was on the roofs for at least 45 minutes doing the inspection and minor repairs. He then used a blower to blow all the leaves and other debris off the roof. What was blown to the ground, he then cleaned up very nicely. After Edmund came down from the roof, he briefed me on all that he had done and showed me photos that he had taken (and that his boss will be sending to me electronically on Monday). Edmund seemed very competent and thankfully, didn't try to sell me a new roof or major roof repairs. There is a small maintenance matter that Edmund recommended and that I will likely do. I'm waiting for the estimate to arrive for that work from T&S Roofing Systems. I'll update this review after that work is done.
