It starts with Maycol, giving me all the details that we needed to know to what goes into a new roof. Broke it down for me to have a better understanding of what was going on since this was the first major repair I was doing to my home. Danielle, was great keeping me posted with dates and times of the project through text and email. She was always on point. And Anthony, spearheading the project. Never missed a beat. He kept me up to tabs with every single step in the project. If he wasn’t on site in the morning he was definitely there in the afternoons making sure everything went according to plan.

Went well. We vetted several of the major roofing companies in south Florida and each submitted proposals. The first inkling that set T&S apart was their sales rep. Daniel, he was knowledgeable gave us his time and diligently inspected our project.. His observations were astute and actually helped us make decisive decisions. We changed our scope drastically and contacted roofing companies 3 years later. We were happy to know that Daniel was still with the company. Hiring T&S was the right decision. They have a professional corporate structure that keeps the work flowing supporting the people assigned to our project. Our job was more complex but they pulled through. Their crews always arrived when promised, kept the site clean, the workers were respectful and focused on the hard work. The Project Manager Tony was a blessing to work with; he always responded to us in a timely manner and accommodated us completely. As in any job, if there was a glitch, Favio, the Operations Manager and Tony tirelessly worked with us to resolve them. We are very happy to recommend them.

It didn't go. They were too busy and their first available time to give a quote was 4 weeks away from initial phone call. Maybe they are so good that they are that busy, but beware when you make an appointment that that is the actual date.

The most expensive roof repair ever! One roofer, one helper: $6.60 per MINUTE! I had a leak at one of the roof/bathroom vents. T&S send Carlos V. to give a repair estimate. He inspected the roof from the attic, and gave me written estimate of $1,700.00 He told me it would be quite a job, take one day, require to replace plywood in a 5’ x 5’ area, remove and replace the old roofing. The repair team would take photos of each repair step and in the end I would have a great repaired roof with 12 month warranty. I hired him on the spot because he was nice and seemed very professional 2 days later, a Thursday, T&S showed up with 2 people to do the work. After 2 hours and 15 minutes they left, but they had worked on a vent that had no problem. I had send within 15 minutes of them starting the repair a text to Carlos, pointing out that his team seemed to be working on the wrong vent, asking him to make sure that they are working on the right vent. He responded within 10 minutes that he would. Later I asked also to make sure that the T&S team would do the repair as discussed, as it looked to me all they were doing was patchwork. After the T&S team left I contacted Carlos again, letting him know that the team had left after 2 hours and 15 minutes, no wood was replaced and that I had the impression that the wrong vent was worked on. I asked for the photos of the repair and a detailed invoice, because $1700 for a 2.25 hour repair job seemed excessive. I also placed a call to T&S office, leaving a message for the general manager or owner to call me. NOBODY bothered to call me that day. Carlos responded next day by text that he would send my request to Operations. By Friday afternoon I still had not gotten any call back or the photos. I pointed out that if nobody will address my concerns I will have to cancel the payments. On Saturday Carlos did send a text, letting me know that on Monday I would receive the pictures and invoice., but for the time being he send some photos of the repair. The photos showed clearly that the wrong vent had been worked at. On Monday morning at 7.30 am I received an email from Josephs E. with the photos and the invoice for the work. I responded with their own pictures that the wrong vent had been worked on, and asked for a call by noon. NO CALL back At 1pm I call T&S again, leaving another message with Julia for Josephs E. requesting a call back. NO RESPONSE On Tuesday T&S Roofing finally contacts me to reschedule the repair, I have a conversation with Josephs E. about the pricing too, explaining to him that the labor cost of $1,700.00 for a 2.25 hour repair job is very excessive. His final response was that T&S does not calculate their pricing by labor and material cost, but rather by the SHAPE of the work ??????? On Wednesday the same T&S repair team showed up at 8am. Within minutes Josephs calls, letting me know that the roofer on the job let him know that the vent they repaired the first time around was the one that needed repairs, but out of the goodness of their hearts they would repair the other vent too. This time the repair took 4 hours, plywood was exchanged, the wood showed water damage. T&S spend a maximum of $100 on materials. That leaves $1,600 for the 4 hours the repair required, $400 per hour or $6.60 per minute. My request for explanation of the price charged for the repair with Josephs turned more and more bizarre : His reasoning included lines like: T&S gives a warranty, I should be happy that I got a second Vent worked at for free, their company came to do the repair within 2 days….. I asked again to receive a call from the general manager. I got to talk to the Marketing Manager, Alexandria A. Her try to explain the price was even stranger: T&S does not calculate their prices by cost of Labor and cost of Material. The time factor has absolutely no influence on the price. T&S charges by the Scope of work. T&S estimators are not roofers and not necessarily familiar with the volume of work required for the repair, so the estimate must include a cushion for T&S T&S charges premium prices for the peace of mind that comes with the one year warranty. T&S is not a PIRATE ROOFER, who will give a low estimate and screw the customer. If I wanted to pay by the hour I should have said so at the time of the estimate. And so on…… I need to point out that during our phone conversation I repeated all the above statements to Alexandria for accuracy of my review. She accused me instantly of trying to get a discount by threatening with a review. I never asked for a discount, I asked for a fair, transparent price. In the end I paid their price – it is not worth it too me to take them to court, lawyers cost $400/hour too. But you should be very careful dealing with them.

After obtaining three quotes from local roofing contractors, I selected T&S Roofing Company. Why did they get the work? Even though their bid was in the higher of the other two quotes, my decision was based on their estimator, Angel Suarez. His professionalism as he explained the work I needed to have was the best I have ever experienced over the years of dealing with various contractors. He was soft spoken and it was very clear as to what I needed to have done. As far as the work, it was of the highest quality. The crew were great in getting the job done quickly, did an outstanding and high quality work. There was 100% cleanup, as if they were never at my house and not a nail in my driveway, I had to replace 2 tires when my neighbors replaced their roofs. I would not hesitate, for one minute, to recommend T&S Roofing for any future work, on my home or my friends. Thank you T&S Roofing Systems!

My experience with T&S Roofing was very positive. Starting with the initial call, to the sales person / estimator who took his time to localize and test the area of the leak, to the back office personnel, and the 2-person repair crew. All easy to work with. The repair itself (replacing and sealing a few feet of plywood and flashing, underlayment, etc) took about 4 hours. Until we experience a good couple of storms we will not know if the leak is gone. That's the nature of the work. The price, while not cheap, is competitive and fair, accounting for their other expenses. They also offer a good 24-months warranty period.

My experience was good on a previous roof cleaning with T&S, and I had confidence in them doing a good job. I made an appointment a few months in advance, knowing that I'd want them to inspect my roof after my house was tented for termites. The estimator arrived on time, examined my roof, took photos and then let me know that the exterminator hadn't damaged any tiles. I was pleased to know that T&S could schedule pressure cleaning of my roof the following week. I selected a Tuesday when the weather was sunny and clear. The two-man crew arrived on time and did a good job cleaning the cement tile roof areas of the main house and the detached addition as well as the flat carport roof. They completed the job in about four hours. They also took photos of the roof areas which they forwarded to me by email. Now I'm pleased to see my house with a sparkling white roof.

Company was recommended and also found on Angie's List. Signed a contract May, 2018. Was told by sales rep work would take 6-8 weeks to start. Work didn't even begin til late October -- 5 months later! The project manager assigned showed up once AFTER all work was done. He never came to introduce himself or discuss stages of work. He mostly texted and actually called twice. When we spoke, he was condescending and dismissive. Workers/trucks would show up unannounced. I live in a community with security entrance. Many times I had to race back home because I wasn't told who was coming and when. On a positive note: all the laborers were polite and worked long and hard to complete respective jobs. Not sure that I would recommend them to friends.

I couldn't be more happy with choosing T&S Roofing for our job. From beginning to end of the process everyone was professional, explanatory, and friendly. They were great at getting the roof off and new subroof replaced as well as putting on the shingles. It looks great! The estimate is a little higher than the other competitors that we checked, but the overall sales process was far more in depth than any other that we talked to. I feel that the additional cost is worth it - not only as a more in depth sales process, but the team assigned to strip and reroof our house were more efficient, friendly and were aware to keep things tidy and cleaned up. You definitely get what you pay for!

This company did an amazing job. They gave us a good price and told us that the roof didn't need tone replaced. Worked fast and clean. They pressured cleaned everydayto avoid debris and dust accumulation. I would recommend them without hesitation

My parents needed a new shingle roof and a flat roof that was in bad shape replaced. I selected T & S roofing because they have been around for a long time and they provide warranty on their roofs. My experience with working with them was very positive. They are very organized and everything is very well planned out. They were very professional and responsive to all my questions & needs. I dealt with Tony, the job manager and his assistant, Michelle. They returned every text, email and phone call that I sent. The crew that worked on the roof did a good job and everything was cleaned up. After the roof was completed my parents had a couple of issues and immediately they came and resolved the problems. I think that their prices are very competitive and having a 10 or 15-year warranty that is backed by the company gives my parents peace of mind that they would not have with most small roofing companies. T & S has a repair department so any future issues with the roof we know that the personnel at the repair department is very responsive. I would recommend going with T & S for your future roof needs.

It has been 10 months since the project completed and the roof leaked in the first heavy rain we had. I called T&S and they sent me a form to complete. The form says that we will be charged $300 if there is no evidence of and Active leak. The term Active is not defined. I have pictures of the leak and also took pictures in the attic. When I went up into the attic, i noticed long nails 3" which had not penetrated the roofing joists. It was clear that they had missed the joists. This is simply a poor job. I have never had a roof leak after it was recently completed. I have contacted the company and will update this post based on my further experience with the company. At this point the project is a failure based on the fact that the roof leaked so quickly after the installation. Depending on the repair and corrections made I will consider changing my rating.

Leonel was my sales rep and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He assured us that if we signed the contract that this would lock us in for a late July start date. As we got closer T and S was in constant communication as we approached the start date of our project. I met with Brian to discuss our project. I asked if the project could start sooner because I was lots of water coming into the house due to the state of the roof. Brian said he was going to do everything he could to get everything done as quickly as possible. Brian was able to come through and they came in and finished the job quickly. While there were a few minor miscommunications they did everything to make sure that we were satisfied. Overall this was a great experience and would recommend them to anyone else. Thank you.

I actually expected so much less and got so much more! T&S Roofing was the BEST company that I have ever done business with. They have the most professional staff in the business! From the very beginning, they were responsive and communicative. Brian Fernandez, Troy Davis and Andres were exceptional! What an amazing experience! The two men, Guadalupe and his brother, who worked on the roof were very professional. They had the pictures and diagrams given to them by their company, and then doubled-checked where the leaks were located and began their work. They finished the work in about a day and a half. They also pressured cleaned the whole roof and checked for any broken roof tiles, which none were found. I was very pleased with their work.

I have to begin writing this review by saying that T&S completed my roofing project including final inspection in 3 days!!! When I began searching for my roofing contractor I realized how challenging of a task this would be for me. As soon as I called T&S Roofing for an estimate I sensed the professionalism of the company. Danny arrived to the house and for an estimate and he really took his time to explain to me all of my options. Even being one of the more expensive quotes, I selected T&S Roofing because I felt safe and in good hands. I was looking for value for my money and I got it with T&S! I didn't not have to worry about a thing but only writing the checks! :) I was updated through the process at all times by my project manager and the did a wonderful job of cleaning up after .Id like to add that yesterday I received my "Best Pick Reports" of Miami Dade and T&S Roofing was listed as a 1st year Best Pick company! I have had an excellent experience with the T&S roofing team of professional roofers. Beginning with Angel, my roofing consultant, who went above and beyond to meet my needs with a well written detailed proposal. It took a year before I decided to use T&S among several well established roofing companies but Angel stayed throughout the entire process of fighting with my insurance company to get funding for the roofing. Angel provided me with necessary documentation stating that my tiles were discontinued, which facilitated my roof replacement. George, my project manger replied immediately to all my calls and concerns before, during and upon the completion of the roofing project. I highly recommend this roofing company who I have heard is rated no. 1 in Dade County but now I have experienced it myself.

The repair didn't happened. I couldn't even get an inspection. After reviewing Angie's List for a qualified, committed, professional roofer, I called the T & S Roofing company given the reviews. I explained to the person that answered the phone, I'm looking for a responsive company that would do what they say they were going to do. The person assured me they were that type of company. I scheduled a inspection which took about 2 weeks ( a little less) to get me on the list. The inspector came out as scheduled but it was around 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. It had just started to drizzle so the inspector didn't want to get on the roof. He did check a few close tiles to see if the paper was damaged. It wasn't raining but I do have tiles. He said he would come out the first of the following week to do the inspection. The following week on Thursday, mid morning, I called the inspector to see if he had been by as promised. He could no longer identify me or my property. He had forgotten about me and his promise that he would return. That same week on Monday and Tuesday there were the company 's trucks on the block passing through. I believe the company told me this inspector was assigned to this area. Not certain on that issue but it is irrelevant given the inspector didn't record his need to return to the house to inspect. I called into the office to let someone know what had happened. They were going to connect me to a repair manager. I decided I needed to talk to the overall manager and left a message as I was told the managers were in a meeting. It has now been over 2 days and I haven't even had the coutesy of a return call. On Angie's List, they indicate they are customer focused. Anything but in this situation. I realize this is a busy time for roofers but they need to have some organization in place so this doesn't happen to potential long term customers. It damages their reputation. They lost the potential for a customer who if they had done good work would have been with them forever and would have recommended them to others. Given both that the inspector didn't come back and the manager of the company didn't have the courtesy of a return call, I would under no circumstances recommend this company to anyone. First impressions tell you everything about a company.

I would like to thank everyone at T&S Roofing for making me feel like family. Everyone from Melanie, Michelle, Lexie, D, Sheila, Jorge, Leo, my foreman Juan and his entire crew! Everyone greeted me with smiles and immediately addressed questions and concerns. My roof was extremely detailed and intricate and I am glad I selected T&S Roofing for my roofing project. Pricing was fair, quality was superb and they did a great job on the final clean up! Thank you T&S !

Great company to contract with. Things happened as they said it would. Start was a bit rough do to an uncommon system of my choosing, but they quickly geared up, contacted their vendor, and took off! They came thru in spite of weather conditions. My praise to Brian Mizrahi, Michelle Aranas, and Alex Carfagno. JOB WELL DONE!

T & S Roofing Systems performed a wonderful job replacing the entire roof of my house. They were always on schedule and attentive to every question or request. Project Managers Brian and Jorge along with Production Manager Troy are truly professional and were quick to respond to every concern. At the end of each day they cleaned up the area to ensure the property was left impeccable. If you need a roofing contractor, this is the company you’d want to hire.
