Milton arrived on time with an assistant and spent considerable time and effort removing the existing roof tile to determine exactly the cause of the leak. After this was done, he cleaned and prepped the area adding a waterproof membrane and sealant. He then replaced all the tiles and secured them in meticulous detail, a time consuming task but necessary in order to ensure that the leak was properly repaired. He then cleaned the entire area leaving no evidence that he had even been there. Will absolutely call them when its time to replace the entire roof.

An honest, reliable contractor who is NOT looking to pile on needless extras. The crew was professional and cleaned up as if they were never there. My job was completed in 3 weeks from start to final inspection and I love my new Santa Fe tile roof! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants SUPERIOR work!

I had a leak for about 4 months and called a couple of roofing companies and all seemed to do a temporary fix. The leaks just kept coming back. I called T&S Roofing Systems about 1 month and a half ago because one of my colleagues recommended the service. To be blunt I really had no expectations because of my past experiences with other companies, but I needed a solution. It was incredible how fast they placed me on their schedule once I called. The roofer came to my property to check the issue and as soon as I accepted the price my leak was to be fixed within the next few days. As they promised one of their workers came a day after. As he was working, he told me what was going on with my roof and what he was doing to fix it. He was very professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. He left within a couple of hours completely sealing the leaks. It has been a month since the repair and I have not experienced any leaks. I am very pleased with their service because they took my frustration away and gave me some knowledge about my roof.

WARNING , do not do business with them. They will quote you a low price and at the end of the job charge you thousands more. There contract leaves them an out to charge you for extras above the quoted price, such as extra wood and extra roof material removal etc. They will then find some reason ( at the end ) to add on thousands. In my case they didn't let me know till they were all done and I got a SHOCKER of a final bill. If you see these people RUN don't walk.

Excellent: Top notch response time, the guys arrived very professionally presented and they followed all the instructions to abide by the building's procedures. They worked continuously until the job was finished. The job was quoted efficiently and fairly. The warranty is for 10 years and I know they are a responsible enough company to stay in biz to be around when, if I need them again. I am going to recommend T&S to everybody I know.

T&S Roofing came highly recommended by my neighbor. Expectations were high and they certainly delivered beyond them. The crews worked very diligently and in a very organized manner. My property was cleaned at the end of each work day and the project was completed with no delays. Although the pool was covered with a tarp during the first stages of the work, some debris fell inside when the tarp was removed and the foreman, Carlos, took care to make sure it was all picked up. I was impressed by the effort that was put into making sure nothing was left behind. The office staff was a pleasure to work with, in particular Mr. Troy Davis, who kept me informed each step of the way. I really liked the fact that they send pictures showing the entire process. I never imagined the level of detail that goes into this type of project and the entire experience was overall pleasant. I highly recommend T&S and would certainly use them again.

They went the extra length to do a perimeter tear off of the roof to expose the wall and truss junction to add double straps, and added a secondary moisture barrier, both of which greatly reduced my "windstorm insurance premium". They were the only company willing to do the extra work to save me money in the future. I am very happy with the results.

They replaced entire roof at my Mothers house

They were the best priced. I called two other people right here and one was double. They explained everything, they were very helpful, they worked with me as far as time and all that and payment method. They told me everything that was going to happen exactly the way it was going to happen and they were very nice.

They did a good job. It hasn't leaked any more even though it rained a lot. The people that came to work were correct and polite. We had some problems communicating with the office. But we are are happy with the overall experience. We would call them again.

I called T&S Roofing two weeks ago on a Thursday. A representative by the name of Oleman called me back in a few hours and we set up an appointment to meet on the following Monday. Oleman never came and never bothered to call me back. I had also called two other Roofing companies offered on Angies list about a month ago. Both having good reviews . I called on a Monday in the beginning of August and I called both of them back on the following Friday suggesting that they at least let me know that they got my message and are busy or whatever the case may be. I did get a call back on the following Tuesday from a Mr Murphy at Murphies roofing and he thanked me for my patience and he would get back with me. He has yet to get back with me. The other company has not bothered to call. I am now doing a little exploring on my own as my roof situation continues to get worse and worse. So far I have not been very luck with Angies List. Met with Leo from company to review my roofing options. Got back to me with several roofing options based on my roof. Leo stayed in touch with us while we completed other work prior to roofing. He also arranged visits to completed jobs to show us TPO roofing systems. We finally signed with them just prior to rainy season and they started the job..The crew was very professional and diligent working fro earl in day till late in day. Cleaned up job site every day upon completion. Worked steady until the job was complete. Very Happy with job and results.

T & S Roofing Systems Inc were all good. I had a couple people come out and quote the work and as far as people coming out and walking with me and looking after the work, they seemed the most professional and I thought they would be the highest priced but actually they turned out to be the lowest prices. I was very pleased with their work. The work turned out good. They re-flushed an area that had leaks and so far things are good.

They did a great job . They are very honest and knowledgeable about their field. I always call them for a quote when doing a job.

I was really impressed with the quality of work. They sent me pictures every step of the way. They made sure the deck was clean and prepared before they put on the new roof. They answered all my questions and I felt they never tried to do anything shady. I did price shopping and they were very competitive. I called 8 of their references and every single one of them had good things to say. They have a good 10 year warranty. They told me to call them if there is any problems, and they will come right out.

Said thge job will take one day, took over 3 weeks. workers that came to do the work were irresponsible, never showed up on time, littered. support from headquarters / sales agent almost non existent In short, your typical Miami contractor - lazy, late, irresponsible, unresponsive, expensive. One thing they will do for sure is to send you the letter about the lien on your house - they are very organized in this department.

I was impressed at how attentive the company was to my request. Very satisfied!

Estimator was running behind scheduled appointment time. I had several telephone conversations date of appointment with representative, who obviously did not want to come to my house to provide estimate as it was his last appointment and kept making multiple excuses why he should come another day. When he finally asked what he could do to make the situation right, I asked if he could come and give the estimate. he declined----- another unreliable employee in a home service company!

The work turned out well. They always arrived on time. They didn't charge until 6 days after they were done to make sure the leak was fixed.

It went very well. I liked that they were professional, but nice which made them easy to work with. I have used them before in the past. They cleaned up the mess well after they were done removing the shingles.

After several delays because of bad weather they started work early in the morning on a Wednesday and completed the work the next day. They worked constantly. I was impressed with the fact they stay on the job the whole day with only lunch and a few rest breaks. They worked hard and steady.

My neighbor told me to call them, since they were doing his job. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. I was very impressed, she scheduled an appointment for me right away. I was surprised when I got a letter in the mail from her, confirming the appointment. The estimator showed up about 15 minutes early. He asked me a lot of questions that I never had thought about before. He seemed to really enjoy his job and had a lot of confidence in his company. First I was a little apprehensive about letting him go on my roof (I was scared he would fall), but he took the time to show me his credentials and helped me feel comfortable. He was very efficient and gave me a detailed proposal in writing and he showed me the pictures he took in my attic of rotten wood and the condition of the roof. I had a lot of broken tiles that I was not aware of. He showed me his license and insurance. I asked a lot of questions. He showed me a lot of jobs they did in the area and gave me a whole list of references I could call. He was a real expert. The price was very reasonable compared to the others that I received, however it took about an hour for me to review all of the paperwork, but the estimator explained it to me so I felt comfortable going ahead. It took about a week for them to get the permit, then it rained the day they were supposed to start, but they called me and said they would be out the next day. The day they tore the roof off, I had to turn the A/C off so they could protect it and it got really hot in the house, so I had an excuse to go to the mall and buy some new shoes. There was a lot of pounding noise from the roof and a picture fell off the wall and broke because I forgot to take it down. The workers were really happy and singing on the roof while they worked. They really have genuine pride in their work. It really gave me peace of mind when the production department called me and kept me up to date with the progress and the results of the inspections. The whole job took about 3 weeks. I am pleased with the positive results. I feel the quality of my new roof is unexcelled.

T&S WAS VERY ACCURATE ON FINDING MY LEAK AND RECOMMENDING ME THE MOST COST FREE WAY TO GO. THEY WORKED OUT A WAY TO GIVE ME WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY HOME. THEY WORKED CLEAN. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL SHOWING ME ALL THERE LICENSE AND INSURANCE. THERE WORKERS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND SHOWED GREAT CONCERN FOR MY PROPERTY AND AT THE CONCLUSION THEY WORKED VERY CLEAN. THEY ALL WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. MY FAMILY AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
