Other than leaving an unsightly small lawn area, overall the start to finish went excellent.

Maycol and Troy were very professional from the beginning, always following up and kept in contact w/ us all the time. They cleaned up every day, always on time. Very friendly.

Saved for years for a new roof. Dreaded each time we had heavy rains. I had several quotes from different roofing companies. A friend had recommended T&S roofing, as they did a sensational job on his house. I gave them a call. A difference of $6000 from other roofing co. HD one of them. I am so happy with the final results, I have insulation, and vents I never had before, Top rated materials and a great warranty. The job was done in a very timely manor. I cannot say enough about T&S roofing. I have already passed out there name to neighbors. I no longer mind when it rains, I don't prey for it to go away anymore.

First let me start off by saying if you are from SFL you know how hard it is to hire honest hardworking people you can trust to do business with - well T&S Roofing should be the standard of how business gets done. Absolutely outstanding honest/humble people to work with. Every step of the way was handled with complete professionalism and care. My sales Rep was Angel Suarez who was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the way the entire process was going to take place and progress. Once the permits were pulled which was only a few days the fun got going. I met with Troy Davis who was my project manager and now what I consider to be a great friend. He came out to my property prior to any work being done to inspect the site for any safety issues that may be of concern before any of his crew stepped foot on my property. I stressed to Troy I was in a time crunch and had to get the project started and finished before a certain date and he did not let me down and completely delivered. My start date was setup after a brief phone call from the project coordinator and 2 days later all the materials were delivered to my property and the following day the crew arrived to work as promised. The crew wasted no time getting to work and did an outstanding job(very respectful crew - buy them cuban coffee if you can it really goes a long way) - I did a complete flat roof replacement along with all new wood for my fascia and soffit. After all was said and done I can with confidence recommend them to any friend or family. God bless!

We had Michael come and give us an estimate for a new roof. He was nice in the beginning but hard to get hold of on the phone. The contract he wrote was discovered to be wrong later as the roofing system he proposed was not compatible. He came back later and took a core sample to discuss with his engineer the correct roofing system. When this "complication" with the roof was found (by another company, he failed to identify the type of roof we have) i specifically asked him if T&S has expertise to handle unforeseen complications and he promised me they do. A couple of days passed and no response. I tried to call and left voice mails but no luck. A week more passed and i called the office requesting to speak to the owner or his manager, or any other sales person that would be more communicative. The office promised me they would have the manager call me. I got a call 2 days later from Michael again who told me that T&S will not be able to help us due to the complexity of the job. We have a 1250 sq ft. single family home with a flat roof in Unincorporated Dade County, i'm not an expert in roofing but i fail to see why it would be "too complex" to replace. We decided to use T&S Roofing because it was recommended by our friends, they did a good job there so i am sure the company would have done a good job if we has a different sales rep. It sad they have to lose contracts due to sales people not capable of a 10 second phone call to keep the customer informed. And when he realized they messed up and the customer is mad, their way to resolve the situation is to drop the contract. Our first contact with T&S was in mid December 2015, it is now Jan 25th 2016 and despite many phone calls to Michael and the office i did not receive a call from a Manager.

When the company representative came to do the estimate,on October 26. 2015, the price of the roof was $10, 600.00. Just before beginning the job, I received a call from the company, where I was informed that they had to do a change order that would cost me $420.00, for 7 Soffit Vents Installation. Whe n the rep., came in October 26, 2015., I had discussed that the other 6 companies that had given me estimates included the inspection permit fees in the total amount of the contract. Said representative discussed the fee with me, and he said that we would discuss that fees at the end of the job(I understood that I would get a reduction in the price, we had deiscussed a 50-60%). Today, the roofing coordinator came with the invoice, the amount was for $878.64, an additional $348.64, for the permits(the company had not given me the reduction that had been originally discussed. Also, today I learned that they were part of Angie's list. The company rep never asked me about their discount and never asked for the 10%. So I paid $768.00, over the original estmate of $10,600.00

Based on my experience with the company and the employees I dealt with, I'm surprised to see the negative reviews. The employee who gave me the estimate was very nice and gave me a very fair estimate to repair 2 roof leaks. A few weeks later, 2 of their crew came by to fix the problem areas. They too were polite, professional, and were on time. Upon request, they provided me with detailed info about the problem and the steps they took to fix the issues. They cleaned up after themselves and the repaired area looks good.

Started fine but shortly after roof tear-off tropical storm Erika was supposed to come and there was no water barrier. The workers stopped showing days before the storm and the weekend before I called and was told they had 75 jobs they had to take care of. After that is was all downhill. No one seemed to know what was going on, inspections failed because of lack of preparation, workers failed to show up on days with no bad weather and the work for a relatively small roof took over 2 months. In addition, the workers dumped concrete runoff into the yard, damaged pavers, and made a huge mess.

It turned out fine. They were very responsive. At first, they just patched it up and then it continued to leak. Then they came back in September and fixed it for good.

At first I was impressed with their response time when I requested an appointment for an estimate on Angie's List. The person that came arrived on time and was courteous. He walked around the house to look at the condition of the roof, but didn't climb a ladder or take any measurements. He said he would get the measurements from a satellite image. I didn't question it. The problem is, he never contacted me again with an estimate. Even after I called over a week later and spoke with him again and provided my email address, he never bothered to send me the estimate or call me back. They may have done a good job for other reviewers, but I'm not impressed and would not give them my business.

Everything went well. They completed the inspection as agreed and were on time. We were satisfied with their service.

They did a great job. Angel was the salesman. I met with him and he sold me the contract. Troy and Federico ran the project once it was started. They were very professional, and I would use them again.

They did an excellent job, and performed the work to code. On top of that, they were also very careful about removing all trash from the proir roof, and one of the employees was even working on removing tar that had fallen from the previous roof onto the grass.

He came to my house and looked at the work and was supposed to get back to me with an estimate. I have not heard from him and have decided to cancel the Big Deal.

I purchased their roof evaluation , sealing of pipes and cleaning of two gutters. They did so in a very professional manner. They discussed the finding and showed me the pictures. They sent a report with an estimate to remove old gas vent where it had leaked in the past. I contracted to do the work and it was done in a timely manner. Both crews that came for evaluation and repair were very professional. The repair was done quickly, safely and they picked up the debris. So far so good. In the beginning the office was very busy and I made a contact thru the website. One of the co-owners called me.! We had a very positive chat . I contracted with them for this job because I had seen the company work in my previous neighborhood and also in my present area. The work crews were amazing both times they came out. The crew that came for repair went the extra mile and sealed a hole left next to the inside pipes, at my request. They had foam that blended with the color of the wall :--). They were very polite, quiet and professional. I was impressed . So far I have had no leaks in that area, although it has rained a lot, so I am sure they did a good job.. I have recommended them to my sister's neighbor.

I told the guy who first came to house for estimating to take a piece of tar paper out to fix the leaking area. Later,the worker just want to clean and maintain my roof. I stopped it. It will be charged for $700 if they fix the leaking area. I don't want to pay $700 to them. Please refund my money.

This project was a major undertaking, and after meeting with several companies, I chose to go with T&S Roofing. Their prices were comparable to any established licensed and insured company out there, but their work is second to none. The rep that came out was able to thoroughly explain all the available options and answer any questions I had. He even sent me examples of different potential final outcomes, depending on the services I chose to utilize. He also kept me well informed of what was happening during each stage of my project via phone and email. The workmen arrived early every morning and stayed late every day. They were friendly, answering any questions I had about their progress, and cleaned up after themselves each workday. Along with replacing any rotten wood, they also replaced several pieces of the tongue & groove patio roof that, although not necessarily bad, appeared stained and were in the area where leaks had previously occurred. The foreman was happy to do it just to set my mind at ease. All of this was laid out in the contract I signed, and there were no hidden or additional costs at the end of the project. The metal installation crew did an amazing job! They took their time and made sure every detail was taken care of. In cleaning up, they even wiped down and cleaned any areas they had left fingerprints (the roof is white). When they were finishing, I had some questions about the the area surrounding my chimney, and T&S went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and give me the result I wanted. I couldn?t be happier with my new roof, and I would highly recommend T&S Roofing.

The company.Had to call them 3 times to even get a call back and schedule estimate 5 days later. Estimate was going to be given without even getting on the roof to look at it until I suggested he need to do so, The when he left,he left his ladder against my house and I had to call him to come get it.. Estimate was highest of 3 and he didn't seem competent,so went with another company.

thank god they are not doing my roof They winded up scheduling another appointment for 5/9/14. The person that showed up went on our roof and left?? after a couple of days i called them back to advise i have received no estimate as of yet.(Manny) again said he was sorry and will contact the person again to see what happened with the estimate. Till this day i have not received any estimate or follow up call from anyone at that location, i would definitely not recommend this company at all. No communication or follow up

May of 2013 we hired Roofing by Zinkil to reroof 4 large condominium buildings from shingle to a metal roof. Suffice it to say we ended up firing Zinkil and are now going after his roofing license. We hired T & S Roofing to finish the job that was started a year earlier. We did our due diligence on the company and they came in with an excellent price. They did take over a month to start but once they began, they continued every day that they could. Their foreman and their workmen were courteous, professional and on time. The only negative thing I can say about them is that they seem to have a problem with communication - between departments and between them and their workers. One of our buildings has been waiting for final inspection for 2 weeks and T & S has yet to schedule it. Also, the salesman underbid the job and we ended up paying almost double what the original estimate was. All in all, in the dealings that we have had - with many roofers - I have to rate them well. The work is good and the quality of the material is excellent. I rate them a high B.

My neighbor hired T and S to replace his roof and was happy with the work. I contacted Olman Quesada, who came to my house promptly. He evaluated my home and recommended a GAF shingle roof system. He used a tablet to show pictures of the many similar jobs his company had done. I had met with two other roofing companies and T and S was the middle price. however T and S provided more allowance for replacement of rotted wood { which on a 21 year old roof we were likely to find}and therefore was the better value. They cleaned up every day and didn't miss a day. The carpentry work was very good,and they passed all inspections and provided a release of lien before final payment.

They did a great job. They're thorough. They're very professional and they did what they said they're going to do. They did a follow-up. I recommended them and I like them. Their people are so reliable. They're very, very good and I like their people.
