+ -1 moreHighly recommend. Through extensive research, I decided to hire them because they were GAF certified to install a TPO roof. My initial contact was with Angel Suarez, their customer service/salesman representative. A free estimate was prepared in a very timely manner. I had MANY questions of which he went above and beyond to answer in full detail. He was always polite, courteous, professional and returned all my phone calls promptly. Their estimate was on the higher side of the spectrum but still reasonable and competitive in the market. Upon signing the contract, Project Manager Jorge Mosquera was assigned to the job. The roof had to be completed within a certain time frame due to my availability. He made every effort to accommodate my request and commenced/completed the work within that period of time, as promised. Installers worked diligently and were very neat in their daily tasks. Although there may have been minor issues during installation, Jorge addressed all concerns and corrected them without hesitation. He kept me updated on their daily progress and even took pictures of the roof to show me. Upon completion of work and final city inspections, GAF also inspected roof to validate a 20 year NDL manufacturers warranty that includes material and labor. T&S was rated a project quality rating of a "10.0", highest rating given, by GAF. I am extremely pleased to hear of these results and look forward to a "worry-free" roof for many years to come. Thanks T&S Roofing for your dedication in making customer service a priority !

+ -1 moreWe have used this company before for repairs to our roof every year or so and finally decided to put on a new roof. We chose them as their work on our repairs over the years was excellent and their attention to service, detail and promptness is unique in this city. Danny did an excellent job of determining what we needed and scoping out the job. They then assign a project manager, Jorge de Cardenas, who was superb. He came to ensure we understood the estimate, the timing, the work to be done and he was our contact point throughout the entire process. He also was very helpful to giving us names of people to handle new gutters as well as some touch up painting needed after the roof was finished. Both recommendations were excellent, fairly priced and very professional and again, kept to the timeframes promised. As luck would have it we put in the roof in late summer so there was a fair amount of rain. They were able somehow to work out the scheduling so we could get the roof done (one day before a storm they even had a double team come in) and we were very satisfied. They left no mess (and even put down cloth to gather dust inside our Florida room in case their roof hammering dislodged any dirt/debris) and covered our pool every day as well for the same reason. I highly recommend them and try to get Jorge as your contact point. You won't be disappointed.

The new roof added piece of mind and looked great. We sold the house several months after the installation and T & S transferred the warranty to the new owners quickly and efficiently. Description of Work: I had a roof that was at least 26 years old and beginning to leak. I am a single mom and was nervous about loosing my house because of the expense of getting a new roof. T & S Roofing was very helpful and patient. I was able to get a quote from them as well as 3 other roofing companies. T & S was the middle of the road pricing but I felt was the most professional. The other two companies wanted ME to fit into THEIR schedule, while T & S was very accommodating. My next step was to apply for a home improvement loan through my bank. One of the things that I had to do was remove the tarp and take pictures of the roof. I was stranded with no one to help. Even though I had not awarded the job to T & S and even though I didn't know if I would be able to even get the loan, T & S came out to my house to remove the tarp and take pictures of the roof. This helped me provide proof to the home lenders. Once I was awarded the loan, of course I went with T & S because they went above and beyond. During the process, they kept me in the loop about budget, the projection was what was eventually the final amount. The only variable was the fashia and any repairs that needed to be done in order to pass inspection. When I originally set down with the Project Manager, I asked what this could cost. Of course he informed me of the range from several hundred to several thousand. We assessed what we think it would cost. I felt he was honest. Because I only had one leak, his projection was that we would probably need some repairs in that section. This was in fact the case. My variable cost was $750 so, I was within the budget we had projected. I was very happy with the professionalism and honesty in the company. I have posted on our neighborhood website and I feel confident recommending T & S Roofing.

+ -1 moreT&S Roofing working on the roof two days. The first day they pressure cleaned the tile roof and the flat roof areas. They also replaced the rotted wood. The second day they replaced one tile and repaired some minor cracks with caulk. They then used silicone paint on all the flat roof areas. They did additional work by repainting some of the wooden roof facia and galvanized metal strips and they painted the new wood which they installed.
Description of Work: My flat carport roof was leaking and the surface was old and blistering. There was rotted wood to replace where the leak occurred. The sloped part of my roof, covered with concrete tile needed pressure cleaning. One tile needed to be replaced.

+ -1 moreTroy followed up on all my requests. Rain delays in September caused some delays. The project was complex requiring a lot of coordination. Troy was responsive and got it done. He also kept me up to date with what was going on with the project. I did not have to worry about any of it. Garbage materials were removed. They researched adding a solar vent. T&S applied for the permits and provided a nice package of information at the end of the installation. I had a tie in with a Flat roof which was leaking and T&S did a great job after my last Flat roofer botched the job. I have had a lot of complements on the roof from people in the neighborhood. Project looks great!
Description of Work: I had my Clay tile roof replaced with a White Metal Roof. Damaged wood was replaced and Hurricane Tie in for the roofing beams were added. I had a Solar powered roof vent added. The underside soffit vents were replaced with running aluminum vents.

I called T&S Roofing for a roof quote and Ralph the sales manager took time to gather all the necessary information and documentation needed for the roof project. I was scheduled to meet Angel Suarez, roofing consultant in Palmetto Bay, and I have to say that every question I had about my roof Angel addressed before I even asked. He was also prompt with returning the final roof quote. Two days before the project, we had a meeting with Jorge Mosquera, our project manager and he prepared us for what was to come. Throughout the project Jorge showed up on a daily basis and he made sure to answer all our questions, address our concerns, inspect the work and also completed the roofing project in less than a week!! + -1 moreWe signed a contract with T&S Roofing for a whole reroof based on their reputation and their courteous sales rep Danny who from the beginning explained everything in great detail and made me feel at ease with giving them the job. Not to mention the cost was competitive with respect to other estimates I had gotten. There was a bit of a delay getting going as we had to wait on the HOA approval but once everything got approved and the permit was obtained, it was seamless throughout. I have to hand it to the Project Manager, Troy, who was there from the start explaining every part of the process to me as things moved along, and going out of his way to make sure I had my needs met. He did an outstanding job following up with me and ensuring the project stayed on schedule. He built a relationship with me and because of the trust he’s earned, I now call him a friend. I will definitely be going back to T&S Roofing for all my future roofing needs.
